ಈ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಪಂಚಮಶಾಲಿ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ 2ಎ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆ ವೇಳೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯಮೃತ್ಯುಂಜಯ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ, ಸಚಿವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಸಂಧಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಗೆಜೆಟ್ ನೋಟಿಫಿಕೇಷನ್ ಆಗುವವರೆಗೂ ಹೋರಾಟ ಕೈ ಬಿಡಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Chitradurga, Feb. 4, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): A padayatra is being undertaken under the leadership of Sri Jayamrutyunjaya Swamiji demanding reservation under 2A for Panchamasali community.
Speaking to the press persons at Imangala in Hiriyur taluk in Chitradurga District regarding this he said a meeting will be held today with a team of Ministers, “but we won’t withdraw or stop our protest till a gazette notification is issued.”
“We will lay siege to the Vidhana Soudha through this padayatra. We won’t demand the resignation of MLAs like seers of other communities. We will ask the MLAs of our community to force Chief Minister B.S. Yedyurappa to resign,” he said.
