ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ನವೆಂಬರ್25,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪ್ರಬಲ ಬಾಂಧವ್ಯ ಬೆಳೆಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿರುವ`ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕೋಶ’ಕ್ಕೆ ಐಟಿ, ಬಿಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ಎನ್.ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ನಗರದ ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ಸ್ ಸಿಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುವಾರ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ವಲಯದ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳ `ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸಮಾವೇಶ’ದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್, ಈ ಕೋಶವು ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕೃತ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯದ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತತೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವ ಗುರಿ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರವರ್ಧಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಉದ್ಯಮ ವಲಯಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರ ಬಾಂಧವ್ಯ ಬಲವರ್ಧನೆ ಆಗಲಿದ್ದು, ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಜಾಲವೂ ಪ್ರಬಲವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಹೊಂದುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವುಗಳ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳು ಸಿಗಲಿವೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ಕೌಶಲಗಳ ಪೂರೈಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಿರುವ ಕೊರತೆ ನೀಗಲಿದ್ದು, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೂಡ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿತ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಯುವಜನರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಗಳು ಸಿಗಲಿವೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರದ ‘ಮೇಕ್ ಇನ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ’ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸುವ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಅಗಾಧವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಇದು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪಾರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ `ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕೋಶ’ವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವಲಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉದ್ಯಮ ವಲಯದ ನಡುವಿನ ಸಂಬಂಧವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಗಟ್ಟಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಮುಂದುವರಿದು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, `ಕೌಶಲಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪೂರೈಕೆ ನಡುವೆ ಇರುವ ಅಂತರವನ್ನು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕೋಶವು ರಾಜ್ಯದ 31 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗಿನ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಗಾ ಇಡಲಿದೆ. ಸರಕಾರವು ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಆದ್ಯತಾ ವಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಉಪಸಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ತರಬೇತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮ, ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಸಿಟಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ಸ್ ಸೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಸ್ಕಿಲ್ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲ್ ಸೇರಿ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದವು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಸಿಯಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಭವೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್, ಸಿಇಒ ಎನ್.ಎಸ್.ರಮಾ, ಇಎಸ್ ಡಿಸಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಎ.ವೈದ್ಯನಾಥನ್, ಸರಕಾರದ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಎಸ್.ಸೆಲ್ವಕುಮಾರ್, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಅಶ್ವಿನ್ ಗೌಡ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕಿ ಕವಿತಾ ಗೌಡ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

“Industry Linkage Cell” launched to facilitate employment opportunities
Bengaluru: An“Industry Linkage Cell” set up by KSDC, aimed to facilitate improved employment opportunities by building strong Industry-Academia relationships, was launched on Thursday.
Launching the initiative in the “Industry Connect Conclave”, Dr.C.N.Ashwatha Narayana, Minister for IT/BT and Skill Development, who launched the initiative said, The Industry Linkage Cell (ILC) aims to improve the overall quality and relevance of the skill ecosystem in the state. He added this enables creating a strategic relationship among growing sector industries across the state to strengthen Skill Eco-system.
These industry linkages provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities to the trainees. Enabling these collaborative efforts between the KSDC and the Industry will ultimately lead to bridging the skill gap, providing demand-based skilled manpower to industries, better employment outcomes for the unemployed youth, Narayana explained.
Under the government initiative of “Make in India,” there is a tremendous growth of the electronic manufacturing industries. This is paving way for huge job opportunities in India. Keeping this in mind ‘Industry Linkage Cell’ has been set up, he told.
Further Minister told, “It is very evident that there is a need to bridge this gap through concerted efforts in a more structured and concise manner. Keeping this in mind, the state desires to work towards the transition from the Supply-Driven to Demand-Driven Skill ecosystem, creating a workforce that will address the manpower needs of the industries.”
“At the state level, the linkage cell will facilitate to oversee & monitor the industry linkage activities of 31 districts and manage state-level interventions & shall undertake the entire end to end design and development of the industry connect work flow. This will focus on addressing the challenges of the growing economy by opening the doors of the government skilling activities for industries to contribute and join hands to make it successful” Minister pointed out.
The event was jointly organized by Karnataka Skill Development Corporation (KSDC), ELCIA (Electronic City Industries Association), and the Electronics Sector Skill Council (ESSC) of India.
