ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, 12 ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕವಚ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ನೂತನವಾಗಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವ 120 ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದ ಮುಂಬಾಗ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರು ಲೋಕಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕವಚ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ 710 ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ 155 ಅಡ್ವಾನ್ಸ್ಡ್ ಲೈಫ್ ಸಪೋರ್ಟ್ (ALS) ಅಂಬುಲನ್ಸ್ ಆಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಇಂದು ಲೋಕಾರ್ಪಣೆಗೊಂಡಿರುವ 120 ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಗಳು ಅಡ್ವಾನ್ಸ್ಡ್ ಲೈಫ್ ಸಪೋರ್ಟ್ (ALS) ಅಂಬುಲನ್ಸ್ ಆಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಸೇವೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿದ್ದು ತುರ್ತುಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವ ಉಳಿಸಲು ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಹೃದ್ರೋಗ, ಸ್ಟ್ರೋಕ್ ಮುಂತಾದ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಲ್ಡನ್ ಅವರ್ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವ ಸಮಯ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಸೇವೆಯ ಜಾಲ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಹೊಸ ಕಾಯಕಲ್ಪ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿವುದು ಎಂದರು.
2008ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಂದಿನ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮುಲು ಅವರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಂಭವಾದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕವಚ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳ ಮ್ಯಾಪಿಂಗ್, ಜಿಪಿಎಸ್ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿದ 10-15 ನಿಮಿಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ತಲುಪಿ, ಸಮೀಪದ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯನ್ನೂ ಗುರುತಿಸಬಹುದು. ಈಗ ನಗರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 30-45 ನಿಮಿಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ 45 ನಿಮಿಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಮಯ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ದೊರಕುವಂತೆ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ತರಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನೂತನ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಕರೆದಿದ್ದು ಆದಷ್ಟು ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕವಚ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಸುಗಮಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ 1 ಲಕ್ಷ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದ್ದು, ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 40-50 ಸಾವಿರ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು, ಎಂದರು.
ಅಂಬುಲನ್ಸ್ ಚಾಲಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಅರೆ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಉತ್ಕೃಷ್ಟ ಸೇವೆ ನೆಧ್ವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.
5 ಕೋಟಿ ಲಸಿಕೆಯತ್ತ ರಾಜ್ಯ ದಾಪುಗಾಲು
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಾಸರಿ 3.8 ಲಕ್ಷ ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಎಕ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಇದು ಇಡೀ ರಷ್ಯಾ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಲಸಿಕೆಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ 5 ಕೋಟಿ ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ವಿತರಣೆ ಪೂರೈಸುವತ್ತ ದಾಪುಗಾಲು ಇಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಶೀಘ್ರವೇ ಈ ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲು ತಲುಪಲಿದೆ, ಎಂದರು.

Ambulance service to get facelift with GPS and Hospitals Mapping: Health Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar

Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Sunday inaugurated the 120 Advance Life Support (ALS) ambulances added under the Arogya Kavacha – 108 service in Bengaluru.
Speaking at the occasion Health Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar said, “There are about 710 ambulances operating under the Arogya Kavacha – 108 scheme and 155 among them are ALS ambulances. All the 120 ambulances flagged off by CM today are ALS ambulances.”
Ambulance service is an integral part of our healthcare delivery system and plays a vital role in saving lives during emergencies. Our government is committed to expand its network and enhance quality of services, said minister.
The Arogya Kavacha which was introduced in 2008 by the then CM Shri BS Yediyurappa and then Health Minister Sriramulu will be given a new facelift. If technologies like GPS, mobile app are adopted then we can ensure that ambulance reaches the patient within 10-15 minites. The mapping of hospitals helps to identify the nearest available hospitals and also brings in transparency. Now it takes about 30-45 minutes for ambulance to reach the patient in urban areas and in rural areas it is even more. We are working to bring down the turn around time to 10-15 mins by using technology and also increasing the number of ambulances. At present there are is 1 ambulance for 1 lakh population and we want to increase it to make 1 ambulance for every 45,000 to 50,000 population. We also provide training to drivers and paramedical staff to make the service more people-friendly, said minister.
State to clock 5 crore doses soon
We are administering about 3.8 lakh doses of vaccine each day on an average. This is more than the number of doses administered in the entire Russia. We are few lakhs short of completing 5 crore doses and we will soon reach this big milestone, said minister.
