ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್, 12,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಕಳೆದ ಬಾರಿ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 50% ರಷ್ಟು ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಈಗ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಮತ್ತು ನರ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಹೋಮ್ ಗಳ ಸಂಘಟನೆ (PHANA) ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಜೊತೆ ವೀಡಿಯೋ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಅಲ್ಲದ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅವನ್ನು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಂದು ವಾರದೊಳಗೆ 50% ರಷ್ಟು ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳವರು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಪ ರೋಗಲಕ್ಷಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಲಕ್ಷಣರಹಿತ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಕೇರ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳ ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ರೆಮಿಡಿಸಿವಿರ್ ಔಷಧಿ ತಯಾರಿಕೆ, ಪೂರೈಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿವೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಇದರ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಇದೆ. ಕೆಲ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಔಷಧಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ದೂರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಡ್ರಗ್ ಕಂಟ್ರೋಲರ್ ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ, ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಔಷಧ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಗುರುತು ಮಾಡಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದಲೇ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೂರೈಸುವ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್, ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್ ಜನರೇಟರ್ ಕೊರತೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೊರತೆಯ ಸಂಭವ ಬಂದರೆ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್ ಬಳಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.
ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಮುಂದಿನ ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಂದಾಜಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ಅನುಭವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಂದಾಗಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನಷ್ಟ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದ್ದು ಜನರು ಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಾಕ್ ಡೌನ್ ನಂತಹ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾಗುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟ ಎಂದರು.
ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪೆಸಗಿದ ನೌಕರರನ್ನು ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದೊಂದು ತಪ್ಪಿಗಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ ಉತ್ತಮ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಚುವುದು ಬೇಡ. ಈವರೆಗೆ 2.2 ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಪೈಕಿ 85% ನಷ್ಟು ಆರ್ ಟಿಪಿಸಿಆರ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಕೊರೊನಾ ತಡೆಗೆ ಜನರ ಸಹಕಾರ ಅಗತ್ಯ. ಲಾಕ್ ಡೌನ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಎಲ್ಲೂ ಹೇಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಅಂತಹ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ತರಬೇಡಿ ಎಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಲಾಕ್ ಡೌನ್ ನಿಂದ ಎಷ್ಟು ನಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಅರಿವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಯುಗಾದಿ ಬೆಲ್ಲವೇ ಲಸಿಕೆ. ಬೇವು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕು. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಬೆಲ್ಲದಂತಿರುವ ಲಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಕೊರೊನಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಕೋರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Health Minister holds discussion with private hospitals and nursing homes
Bengaluru – April 12, 2021: Private hospitals have been asked to reserve 50% beds for Covid patients as it was done during the first wave, said Health & Medical Education Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar. He was speaking to the media here after video conference with the Private Hospitals and Nursing Home Association (PHANA).
Minister said that private hospitals have been advised to vacate beds occupied by non-Covid patients who doesn’t require hospitalisation and reserve the same for Covid patients. Private hospitals have agreed to reserve 50% beds for covid patients within a week. Patients without symptoms and with mild symptoms will be isolated in hotels and Covid care centres. Only patients with severe conditions will be treated in hospitals said the Minister.
Drugs companies have stopped production of Remdesivir. We need this drug. Private hospitals have complained that the medicine is not available in the market. We will discuss the issue with drug controller and supply the medicine to private hospitals at government rates, said Dr.Sudhakar. we have taken measures to ensure sufficient quantity of ventilators and oxygen. If required industrial oxygen will be utilized, he added.
Technical advisory committee has evaluated the situation for next two months and advised on the necessary steps to be taken. Experience acquired in last one year will help us to fight Second wave. Government is very well aware that people are suffering due to economic slowdown. There is no consideration of lockdown as of now, said the Minister.
Staff who have committed blunders in Covid testing have been suspended. Good work done by the government should not be overlooked due to this one reason. We have done 2.2 crore covid tests out of which 85% are RT-PCR, he said. People should cooperate in controlling the pandemic. We have not said that lock down will be imposed. But we are appealing to the public not to make lock down inevitable. Said the Minister.
Covid-Bevu (Neem) Vaccine – Bella (Jaggery)
Ugadi marks the beginning of new year as per Indian tradition. We celebrate it by having neem and jaggery symbolising good and bad, joy and sorrow of life. This Ugadi, vaccine is the ‘Bella’ for defeating Covid which is ‘Bevu’. Everyone should take the Bella (Vaccination) and help in controlling Covid, he said.
