ಮೈಸೂರು, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 25,2023(www.justkannada.in): ರಾಜಕೀಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಖಳನಾಯಕ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅದು ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ.ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರೇ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ವಾಗ್ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ.ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಸರಣಿ ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮಹಾಭಾರತದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಖಳನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ನೋಡಲು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದರು ಎನ್ನುವ ಅವರು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಿದ್ದುಹೋಗುವಾಗ ಅಮೆರಿಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವಾರ ಕೂತಿದ್ದರು. ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ 2 ತಿಂಗಳು ತಾಜ್ ವೆಸ್ಟ್ ಎಂಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲಕಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಇವರು ನಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆ ಎಂದರು.
ತಪ್ಪುದಾರಿಗೆ ಎಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ
ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರೇ ಬೀಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅದನ್ನು ಅವರು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ ಎಂದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ಅವರು ವಿಧಾನಮಂಡಲದ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಮತಯಾಚನೆಯಾದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡಿದಾಗ ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಬೀಳಿಸಿದ್ದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರು ಎಂದಿರುವುದು ವಿಧಾನಮಂಡಲದ ರೆಕಾರ್ಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಈಗ ಬೇರೆ ತರ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ವಿಧಾನಮಂಡಲವನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪುದಾರಿಗೆ ಎಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಶಾಸಕರು, ಸಚಿವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡದೆ ಹೋಟೆಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದರು.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅವರಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ.ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹತಾಶರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ
ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯವಾಗಿ ಹತಾಶರಾದವರು ಬಾಯಿಗೆ ಬಂದಂತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಹತಾಶರಾಗಿ ಬಾಯಿಗೆ ಬಂದಂತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗಿಂತ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಹತಾಶರಾಗಿರುವುದು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಜೊತೆ ಸೇರದೇ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಒಂದು ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನೂ ಗೆಲ್ಲಲು ಆಗುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಕುರುಡರು, ಹೆಳವರ ರೀತಿ ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೊಬ್ಬರು ಅವಲಂಬಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ಯಾವ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಗೂ ಹಣ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ
ಹೈ ಕಮಾಂಡಿಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಪಂಚ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಬಂದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ನೆಪಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೆ ನಾವು ಯಾವ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಗೂ ಹಣ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಯಾರ ಬಳಿಯೂ ಹಣ ಕೇಳಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಕ್ಷಾಮ: ಕೃತಕ ಅಭಾವವಲ್ಲ
ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಕ್ಷಾಮ ನೀಗಿಸಲು ಹೊರಗಿನಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆ ಗಳು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಜನರೇಷನ್ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದರಿಂದ ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ.ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಹೇಳುವಂತೆ ಇದು ಕೃತಕವಾಗಿ ಆಗಿರುವ ಅಭಾವವಲ್ಲ. 2 ಬಾರಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾದವರು ಸತ್ಯ ಮರೆಮಾಚಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ರಾಮನಗರ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ: ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ
ರಾಮನಗರವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಸೇ ರ್ಪಡೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಈ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಅವರನ್ನೇ ಕೇಳಿ ಎಂದರು.ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾನು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅವರ ಬಳಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಮಾನ , ಮರ್ಯಾದೆ ಇದೆಯೇ
ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಎಟಿಎಂ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎಂದು ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿ ಅದು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಆರೋಪ. ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಕಮಲ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು 25 ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣ ನೀಡಿ, 25.ಕೋಟಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಗೆ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಲು ಹಣ ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬಂತು. ಇವರಿಗೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ಮಾನ , ಮರ್ಯಾದೆ ಇದೆಯೇ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ದಿವಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾರು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರು. 5 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಒಂದು ಮೆಗಾ ವ್ಯಾಟ್ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. . ಬರದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಾರಣ. 16000 ಮೆಗಾ ವ್ಯಾಟ್ ಸೌರ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ನಾವು ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೆವು. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಲು ಯಾವ ನೈತಿಕತೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಏನೂ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ 3 ವರ್ಷ 10 ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು.
30,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳಷ್ಟು ಬಾಕಿ ಬಿಲ್ಲುಗಳು
ಹಣವಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿ, ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಕರೆದು ಬಿಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾಕಿ ಇಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 30,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳಷ್ಟು ಬಾಕಿ ಬಿಲ್ಲುಗಳಿವೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾರು ಹೊಣೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲದ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಾಲದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಕುರಿತು ಶ್ವೇತಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ವಿಧಾನಮಂಡಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಡಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಜನ ತಿರಸ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪ್ರೇರಿತ ಆರೋಪಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಹೊರತು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸತ್ಯಾಂಶ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಸುಳ್ಳು ಆರೋಪಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಮಂತ್ರಿಮಂಡಲ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವರಿಷ್ಠರು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ

D Kumaraswamy’s series of tweets comparing the Chief Minister to all the villains of the Mahabharata, the Chief Minister said that Kumaraswamy speaks about me watching cricket. It was he who was sitting in America for a week when his government collapsed. During his one year and 2 months stint as CM , he spent time at the Taj West End, the CM said.
Misleading the Assembly
Reacting to H.D Kumaraswamy’s tweet that his government was brought down by Siddaramaiah and asking him to accept it, the CM said that when Kumaraswamy spoke after the no confidence motion in the assembly, he had said that it was the BJP that brought down this government.
I can release the document i. He is speaking something else now. That means that he is misleading the assembly. The CM alleged that Kumaraswamy was sitting in Taj West end, instead of meeting the Ministers and legislators.
H.D Kumaraswamy is more desperate than BJP
Reacting to a question that H.D.Kumaraswamy is making more accusations than the BJP, the CM said that politically frustrated people speak nonsense. He said that H.D Kumaraswamy is speaking nonsense as he is desperate. Kumaraswamy is more desperate than BJP. He would not have won a single seat if he had not joined the BJP. The CM said that they are dependent on each other just like how the blind and the crippled are dependent on each other.
Money not given to any state for election purposes
Responding to a question on complaints to the high command regarding money being collected for elections, the CM said that they are lying on the pretext that the five state elections are being held. Till date we have not given money to any states. The CM clarified that they have not asked anyone for money for elections.
Power Famine not artificial
Responding to a question on power famine , the CM said that measures have been taken to overcome shortage of power. As all the sugar mills are starting from today, cogeneration will happen. We will buy power from outside and he said that we have issued an order that the private companies producing electricity in the state should provide it to the state government.
This is not an artificial shortage as H.D. Kumaraswamy is saying. Being a 2-time chief minister he is hiding the truth and lying, the CM said.
Ramanagara to be a part of Bangalore statement: To discuss with DCM
Refusing to comment on Deputy Chief Minister D.K Shivakumar’s statement to include Ramanagara to Bengaluru, the chief minister said, “Ask him this question. I don’t know about this.” He said that he would discuss th e matter with him.
Does the BJP have respect and dignity
Responding to BJP’s tweet that it is an ATM government, the CM said that it is a false allegation. They executed operation Kamala, gave 25 crore and spent 25 crore. Where did the money come from, the CM asked.
Although there is no money, works have been sanctioned, tenders have been called and the bills have been left pending. Bills amounting to 30,000 crore is outstanding. Who is responsible for making the State go bankrupt. I will present a white paper in the legislature on the economic conditions during our Government and BJP Government. People have rejected them for ruining the state. Now politically motivated allegations are made without any truth in it. They are making false allegations, he said.
High Command will decide about the cabinet expansion
Reacting on a question regarding cabinet expansion, the CM said that there is nothing wrong in legislators aspiring to become a minister. But the High Command will take a call on cabinet expansion , he said.
Empty vessels make more noise
Reacting to a question that that the opposition party’s allegations against the CM have increased after the Chief Minister’s statement about the release of report on caste census, the CM said that empty vessels make more noise. They talk as they are politically desparate.
