ಕೊಡಗು ಆಗಸ್ಟ್,2,2024 (www.justkannada.in): ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಇಂದು ಕೊಡಗು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೆರೆಹಾನಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಪೊನ್ನಂಪೇಟೆ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ‌ ಶ್ರೀಮಂಗಲ ಕುಟ್ಟದ ಗುಡ್ಡ ಕುಸಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರ ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದರು.

ಗುಡ್ಡ ಕುಸಿತದ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಸುಮಾರು 20 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು , ಇಲ್ಲಿ ತೂಗು ಸೇತುವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ತುರ್ತಾಗಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಇತರೆ ದುರಸ್ತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.

ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶಾಲಿನಿ ರಜನೀಶ್ ಅವರು ಗುಡ್ಡ ಕುಸಿತದ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿರುವ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಬೋಸರಾಜು, ಶಾಸಕರಾದ ಪೊನ್ನಣ್ಣ ,ಮಂಥರ್ ಗೌಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

Kodagu, August 2: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah visited and inspected the landslide area of Srimangala Kutta in Ponnampet taluk and held discussions with officials and locals.

More than 20 families have lost their homes due to the collapse of the hill. The CM directed the immediate completion of the suspension bridge construction, repair work, and road construction.

Chief Secretary to the Government Shalini Rajneesh, briefed the Chief Minister about the effects of the landslide and the safety measures and works that are being undertaken.

District In-Charge Minister N.S. Bosaraju, MLAs Ponnanna and Manthar Gowda, and senior officials from the revenue department were present.
