ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ನೊಟೀಸ್ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಭೂಮಾಪನ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಮುಡಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳ ಮಹಜರು ಆಗಿದೆ. ಜಮೀನು ಅಳತೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸಿಎಂ ಪತ್ನಿ ಖರೀದಿಸಿರುವ ಜಮೀನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೇಶನ ರಚನೆ ಕುರುಹು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಡಾ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನ ಕೃಷಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದು ನನ್ನ ಆರೋಪ. ಆ ಆರೋಪ ನಿಜಾ ಎಂದು ಮೇಲ್ನೋಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಭೂಮಾಪಕರು, ಮುಡಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವತ್ತಿನ ಸ್ಥಳ ಮಹಜರು ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ತೃಪ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ಸಿಎಂ ಪತ್ನಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿರುವ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮುಡಾಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದು. ಆ ಆಸ್ತಿನಾ ದೇವರಾಜು ಸುಳ್ಳು ದಾಖಲೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ. ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಬಾಮೈದ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗೆ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನ ಸಿಎಂ ಪತ್ನಿಗೆ ಬರೆದಿರುವ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಇದೆ. 3.16 ಗುಂಟೆ ಜಾಗ ಮುಡಾಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ಮುಡಾಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇವೆಂದು ಮುಡಾದಿಂದ ಬದಲಿ ಸೈಟ್ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ.
