ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಟ್ವೀಟ್‌ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಸಚಿವರು, ಕೋವಿಡ್ ರೋಗದಿಂದ ಗುಣಮುಖ ಹೊಂದಿದ ನಂತರ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರಿಂದ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಉಂಟಾಗಬಹುದೇ ಎಂಬ ಅನುಮಾನ ಉದ್ಭವಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಯನದ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇದೆ. ಲಘು ಮತ್ತು ತೀವ್ರ ರೋಗಲಕ್ಷಣ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಗಂಭೀರ ರೋಗಗಳಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಗಬಹುದಾದ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಧ್ಯಯನದಿಂದ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Bengaluru, 20 September 2020:
Hon’ble Medical Education Minister Dr K Sudhakar said that a special technical committee of medical experts will be formed to research the long-term effects of Covid-19.
Tweeting about this, the Minister said, “Karnataka will constitute a special technical committee of medical experts to study the long term effects of COVID 19 in people who have recovered from the infection. We will evaluate those who had mild & severe symptoms with special to people with Co morbidity.”
“The medical experts team will also develop new strategies for clinical care to improve long term health of all those recovered from COVID-19.”
The committee will study the symptoms of patients who have recovered from the virus and help the medical community to improve the treatment further.
