ಮೈಸೂರು,ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್,19,2020(www.justkannada.in) : ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಟೆಲಿಮೆಡಿಸನ್‌ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಆಧಾರಿತ ತಜ್ಞವೈದ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ರೇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಕಾರವೂ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿದೆ.
ಸೋಮವಾರ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ಎನ್.ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ, ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಉನ್ನತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಜತೆ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಟೆಲಿ ಮೆಡಿಸನ್‌ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೂ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಕಾರವೂ ಉತ್ಸುಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ಐಟಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.
ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ಈಗ ಎಲ್ಲ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅಸ್ತವ್ಯಸ್ತವಾಗಿಸಿದೆ. ಅದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲೇ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಕಿಯೋನಿಕ್ಸ್ (KEONICS ) ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಯುಕ್ತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಟೆಲಿ ಕಮಾಂಡ್‌ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು (Tele-command Centre) ತೆರೆಯುವ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಸರಕಾರದ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದೆ. ಸರಕಾರದಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲ ರೀತಿಯ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪ್ರತಿಹಳ್ಳಿಗೂ ಟೆಲಿ ಮೆಡಿಸನ್‌ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿಸಲು ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದಿರುವುದು ಸಂತೋಷ ತಂದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ನಿಪುಣತೆಯ ಜತೆಗೆ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು
ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ನಿಪುಣತೆಯ ಜತೆಗೆ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನೂ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಆ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ರೇ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನೆರೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ವಿಕೋಪ, ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ನಂಥ ಸೋಂಕು ಬಂದಾಗಲೂ ಇಂಥ ಟೆಲಿ ಮೆಡಿಸನ್‌ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ನೆರವಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಆತ್ಮನಿರ್ಭರತೆಯ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿ
ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ಮಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಇವತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಕೊರತೆಯೂ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಮಾಸ್ಕ್‌, ಸ್ಯಾನಿಟೈಸರ್‌, ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್‌, ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕಿಟ್‌, ಪಿಪಿಇ ಕಿಟ್‌ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಯಾವುದೂ ಕೊರತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಆತ್ಮನಿರ್ಭರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಡಿ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ನಾವೇ ತಯಾರು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.
ನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೊದಲೇ 30,000 ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಪೂರೈಕೆ
ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ರೇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಹೆಲ್ತ್‌ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಉತ್ತಮ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರು ಮಾಡುವ ಬಹುಮುಖ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೊದಲು ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷ ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್‌ಗಳ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ, ನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೊದಲೇ 30,000 ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಉಳಿದ ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರವೇ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ದೇಶೀಯ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು ವಿದೇಶಿ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ಕೂಡಾ ತಲುಪುತ್ತಿವೆ
ಇಷ್ಟು ಅಲ್ಪಾವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 30,000 ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸುಲಭದ ಮಾತಲ್ಲ. ಅಮರಿಕ ಚೀನಾದಂಥ ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಇದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಂತಹ ಸವಾಲನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ರೇ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ಇದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ, ಇತರೆ ಅನೇಕ ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ಪರಿಹಾರೋಪಾಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂಟು ತಿಂಗಳಾದರೂ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಭನೆ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ, ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಇದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆತ್ಮನಿರ್ಭರ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನವಾಗುವ ದೇಶೀಯ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು ವಿದೇಶಿ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ಕೂಡಾ ತಲುಪುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂಬುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಲೈಫ್‌ʼ ಉಪಕರಣ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟೇ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗೆ 
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ರೇ ತಯಾರಿಸಿರುವ 50ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು. ಜತೆಗೆ ʼಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಲೈಫ್‌ʼ ಎಂಬ ನೂತನ ಉಪಕರಣವನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಒಂದೇ ಯಂತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಎಲ್ಲ ರೀತಿಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಷ್ಟು ಸರಳ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆ ಉಪಕರಣ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟೇ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕಿದೆ.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ರೇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಹ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ವಿಶ್ವಪ್ರಸಾದ್‌ ಆಳ್ವ ಮತ್ತಿತರೆ ತಜ್ಞರು, ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಜತೆಗೆ ಐಟಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಮೀನಾ ನಾಗರಾಜ, ಕಿಯೋನಿಕ್ಸ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಎಸ್.ಎನ್.ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಪ್ಪ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.

Mysuru: The government of Karnataka has responded in affirmative to support the skanray healthcare Company of Mysuru which had sought help to provide telemedicine facilities to villages of the state during the crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Deputy Chief Minister Dr.C.N.Ashwatha Narayana who is also the minister of IT, BT, and S&T, confirmed this to the reporters while visited the Company on Monday and held talks with senior officials of the company with regard to facilitating telemedicine facility to villages of the state.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that the government was also keen on providing telemedicine service to the people of remote areas and this would be implemented in collaboration with the department of information technology.
COVID 19 has disrupted all the systems including that of the health sector. The company had sought the support of the state government to provide technology-aided medical facilities and to set up a Tele-Command Center in collaboration with KEONICS. On behalf of the government I have assured the company of extending all possible help in this regard, he stated.
The telemedicine system would work effectively even during the odd times of natural calamities and pandemic situations such as COVID 19 and the present scenario demands the application of technology along with the expertise in the field of health, the deputy chief minister opined.
Atmanirbhar in handling COVID-19
Ashwatha Narayana further said that the government of Karnataka was handling the pandemic situation very efficiently and there was no scarcity of any sort and all the necessary items including facemasks, sanitizers, ventilators, test kits, PPE kits, etc were being manufactured locally as per the call of Atmanirbhar by Prime Minister
Skanray is a front runner in health technology and is one of the leading companies in manufacturing ventilators. The government had placed an order for 1 lakh ventilators to this company and out of these 35,000 ventilators have already been supplied well before the timeline. The remaining is also be expected to be supplied soon, he informed.
This is an easy task to be achieved. Many countries of the world have not been able to achieve self-reliance even 8 months after the outbreak of the pandemic. But India has been able to achieve this and it is a matter of pride that our CORONA mitigating products are even reaching foreign countries, he explained.
During the visit, Ashwatha Narayana had a glimpse of more than 50 medical products which the company has been engaged in developing and manufacturing. In particular, he appreciated the” Scan Life” equipment which would make it possible to conduct all the required tests and is expected to come to the market soon.
