ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್, 10,2020(www.justkannada.in): ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇದ್ದಾಗ ಗೋಹತ್ಯೆ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಗರ್ವನರ್ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಹೋಗಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗೆ ತಡೆ ಹಿಡಿದ್ರು. ಅವರು ಅವತ್ತು ಮಾಡಿದ ಅವಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಇಂದು ಸೇಡು ತೀರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಕಂದಾಯ ಸಚಿವ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ್ ಟಾಂಗ್ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ್, ಗೋಹತ್ಯೆ ನಿಷೇಧ ಇದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮ್ಯಾನಿಫೆಸ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಗೋ ಹತ್ಯೆ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಗವರ್ನರ್ ಬಳಿ ಹೋಗಿ ತಡೆ ಹಿಡಿದ್ದದ್ದು ಯಾಕೆ..? ಆ ಸೇಡನ್ನು ನಾವು ನಿನ್ನೆ ತೀರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ನುಡಿದರು.
ಗೋಹತ್ಯೆ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಪಾಸ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಸೇಡು ತೀರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಪರಿಷತ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ಈ ಬಿಲ್ ನಾವು ಪಾಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ್ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

Bengaluru, Dec. 10, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): “BJP had approved the cow slaughter bill when it was in power earlier, but the Congress party opposed it and brought a stay against it by approaching the governor. But we have taken our revenge today by passing the bill,” opined Revenue Minister R. Ashok.
Speaking to the press persons at Vidhana Soudha today, Minister R. Ashok said that the law over the prohibition of cow slaughter is mentioned in BJP’s manifesto and it has been brought into force today. “Congress people talk a lot about democracy, why did they approach the governor earlier to stop the law of prohibition of cow slaughter. We have taken our revenge against Congress by passing the bill today,” he said.
