Bengaluru, Dec. 24, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): Deputy Chief Minister and Higher Education Minister Dr. C.N. Ashwathnarayan distributed free tabs to 1,000 students who are studying in 8th, 9th and 10th standards in Malleswaram Assembly Constituency today.
In his address to the students, he said that digital learning has become inevitable due to the Corona pandemic. “I also noticed that students learning in government schools are behind in terms of learning, compared to their contemporaries who are studying in private schools. Due to the financial crunch, especially after the Corona pandemic, many students from financially poor-families were on the verge of quitting schools. Hence, I thought of helping as much as I can.” Dr. C.N. Ashwathanarayan collected information of all the 21 government schools, including seven high schools in Malleswaram Assembly Constituency, and provided 1,000 good quality tabs to the students along with the support of R.V. Education Training Institute and Education Foundation.
