ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್,05,2021(www.justkannada.in) : ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತ ಯುವತಿ ಹಾಜರಾದ ದಿನದಿಂದಲೂ ಆರೋಪಿ ತಲೆಮರೆಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಎಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಏನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ತಿಳಿದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆರೋಪಿಯೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ತಲೆಮರೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದ ಕುಖ್ಯಾತಿ, ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಟೀಕಿಸಿದೆ.
ರಮೇಶ್ ಜಾರಕಿಹೊಳಿಯ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣವೊಂದೇ ಸಾಕು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆಡಳಿತದ ನಿಜಬಣ್ಣ ತಿಳಿಯಲು. ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಆರೋಪಿಯಂತೆ ಸತತವಾಗಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಜಮರ್ಯಾದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಪಮಾತ್ರದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದೆ.
ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸದೇ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪ್ರಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವತಃ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸ್ವತಃ ಸಿಎಂ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸದೆ ಅವರದು ತಪ್ಪಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕ್ಲೀನ್ ಚಿಟ್ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಆರೋಪಿ ಬೆಂಬಲಕ್ಕಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹಲವು ಸಚಿವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲು ನಿದರ್ಶನ ಎಂದು ಆಕ್ರೋಶವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.

Bengaluru, Apr. 05, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): “Since the victim appeared before the court, the accused has not come out, nobody knows where he is, what he is doing? The credit of protecting a rapist and helping him to stay out of media and people should go to BJP,” according to allegations made by the State Congress party in one of its tweets.
The tweet read, “only one case of Ramesh Jarkiholi sex CD case is enough to show the real color of BJP. While the victim is being questioned continuously, the accused has been interrogated just for namesake.”
“The Chief Minister himself is inviting the accused to take part in election campaign instead of arresting him. The Chief Minister himself gives a clean chit without conducting any investigation. Several ministers claim that they support the accused. All these things are proof to show that the BJP is protecting the accused,” the party tweet read.
Further, the tweet read, “Mr. Chief Minister B.S. Yedyurappaji you say that there is no fault of the accused and it is a trap. What made you think that it is a trap?, What evidence do you have to prove your thought?, Please appear before the SIT and clarify! let the case be closed.”
