H.D. Devegowda warns JDS leaders

Bengaluru, July 9, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): JDS Supremo and former Prime Minister H.D. Devegowda has intervened in the row over the allegation of a crack in the KRS dam and illegal mining activities and the tirade going on between former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy and Mandya MP Sumalatha.
H.D. Devegowda strictly warned all the JDS leaders and MLAs not to give any statements concerning this issue.
It is said that Devegowda is upset over this development and feels that giving statements regarding the same issue every day will send a wrong message to the people of the state and also damages the image of the party. People may try to utilize this opportunity and bring a bad name to the party which will affect the party in the local elections that are coming up. Hence, he has warned all the JDS leaders not to give any statements.
