Bengaluru, July 22, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The state is witnessing significant developments in politics. Change in BJP leadership is making rounds. Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa has for the first time, hinted about his resignation.
He participated in the Dhanwantari homa, held at the Kodandaramaswamy temple in Kachakarnahalli in Bengaluru today. Speaking to the media persons he informed that strengthening of the party in the state will always be his first priority and bringing the party to power again in the state his aim. “The High Command has liked my work. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have treated me with respect and have exhibited confidence in me. Candidates above 75 years of age are not given power in our party. However, I was given power looking at my work,” he explained.
“We will receive instructions from the high command on July 25. I will work as per the instructions of the national leaders, till July 25. I will do whatever they say,” he added and requested all the party workers and his followers not to indulge in protests.
