ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ,ಆಗಸ್ಟ್,21,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಜಿ.ಪಂ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಯೋಗೇಶ್ ಗೌಡ ಹತ್ಯೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈಲುಪಾಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ವಿನಯ್ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿಗೆ ಇಂದು ಜೈಲಿನಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಭಾಗ್ಯ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ.
ಸತತ 9 ತಿಂಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಜೈಲುವಾಸ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ ಹಿಂಡಲಗಾ ಜೈಲಿನಿಂದ ವಿನಯ್ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿ ಇಂದು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇನ್ನು ವಿನಯ್ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಗರು ಅದ್ಧೂರಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಕೋರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಶಾಸಕಿ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ್ಕರ್ ವಿನಯ್ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿಗೆ ರಾಕಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು.
ಜೈಲಿನಿಂದ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಆದ ಬಳಿಕ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಜತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ವಿನಯ್ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿ, ನಾನು ನಿರ್ದೋಷಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೊರಬರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನನಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇದೆ. ನನನಗೆ ಜೈಲುವಾಸ ಟಾಸ್ಕ್ ನಂತೆ ಇತ್ತು . ಹಲವು ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೇಸ್ ನಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತಿ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಜಿ.ಪಂ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಯೋಗೇಶ್ ಗೌಡ ಹತ್ಯೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿನಯ್ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿಗೆ ಧಾರವಾಡಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳದಂತೆ ಷರತ್ತು ವಿಧಿಸಿ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಷರತ್ತುಬದ್ಧ ಜಾಮೀನು ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಜಾಮೀನು ನೀಡಿದರೂ ಸಹ ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯನಾಶ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಮೀನು ಸಿಗದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ವಿನಯ್ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಭಾಗ್ಯ ಲಭಿಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದೀಗ ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯನಾಶ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲೂ ಜಾಮೀನು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದು ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ವಿನಯ್ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿ ಜೈಲಿನಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Former minister Vinay Kulkarni released from Hindalga jail
Belagavi, August 21, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Former minister Vinay Kulkarni who was in jail concerning the murder case of ZP member Yogesh Gowda has been released from jail.
He was at the Hindalga jail in Belagavi for 9 months. He was released today. He was given a grand welcome by his followers and supporters. Congress MLA Lakshmi Hebbalkar tied a rakhi and welcomed him.
Speaking to the media persons after he came out of the jail Vinay Kulkarni said he was sure that he would be acquitted in the case. “I have complete faith in the judiciary. The jail term was like a task for me. I have made several changes. I will fight and come out clean from this case,” he said.
The Hon’ble Supreme Court had give a conditional bail restricting him from entering Dharwad. He was not released despite he was successful in getting bail as he couldn’t get bail in destroying the evidence case. However, he is successful in getting bail even in that case now, as a result of which he was released from the jail today.
