New Delhi, Sept. 1, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The Government of India has given yet another shock to the people of the country, who have still not recovered from the ill-effects from the COVID-19 Pandemic, effects of lockdown and price hike, by hiking the prices of LPG cylinders again.
The prices of LPG cylinders, without subsidy, have been increased yet again by Rs.25. The price of one 14.2 kg LPG cylinder has been increased to Rs.884.50 in New Delhi. The price of one LPG cylinder in Bengaluru which was Rs.862 has now reached Rs.887.
The Govt. of India had increased the price of LPG cylinders without subsidy by Rs. 25 on August 17. Now again the price is increased by Rs.25. Thus there has been an increase of Rs.50 per cylinder. The price of the LPG cylinder has been increased by Rs.190 between January 1 and September 1.
The people who are still suffering due to the lockdown and price hike have received a shock from the increase.
