ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಸೆಪ್ಟಂಬರ್,22,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಚಾಣಕ್ಯ ವಿವಿ ವಿಧೇಯಕ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ತೀವ್ರ ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ವಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ವಾಗ್ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿರುವ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಚಾಣಕ್ಯ ವಿವಿ ವಿಧೇಯಕವನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನೆ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡದೆ ತರಾತುರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಚಾಣಕ್ಯ ವಿವಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಸೆಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ. ಸೆಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವವರು ಆರ್ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ ನವರು. ಸೆಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಭೂಮಿ ನೀಡಲು 26.04.2021ರಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೆಐಎಡಿಬಿ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಭೂಮಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. 1 ಕೋಟಿ 50 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಇಂತಹ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಸೆಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸೆಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅಂತಹ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದರು.
50 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗೆ 116 ಎಕರೆ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರೈತರಿಗೆ 175 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ರೈತರಿಂದ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಭೂಮಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಭೂಮಿ 300ರಿಂದ 400 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಬೆಲೆ ಬಾಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈಗ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಆರ್ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ನವರಿಗೆ ಬಳುವಳಿಯಾಗಿ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಸೆಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಭೂಮಿ ನೀಡಿರುವುದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹಗರಣ ಎಂದು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಎಲ್ಲ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗಾಳಿಗೆ ತೂರಿ ಜಮೀನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಚಾಣಕ್ಯ ವಿವಿ ಮನುವಾದಿಗಳ ಯೂನಿವರ್ಸಿಟಿಯಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಆರ್ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ ನವರು ಮನುವಾದಿಗಳು. ಮತ್ತೆ ಚತುರ್ವರ್ಣ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಂತಹ ಚಾಣಕ್ಯ ವಿವಿ ವಿಧೇಯಕವನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸ್ಪೀಕರ್ ಕೂಡ ಬಹಳ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ವಿವಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದರು.

Bengaluru, September 22, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The State Congress party has opposed the adoption of the Chanakya University bill and the leader of the opposition in the state assembly Siddaramaiah has criticized the State Government for this.
Speaking about this, the former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that the State Government has adopted the Chanakya University bill in a hurry without allowing discussion about it. “The institute which is running the Chanakya University is CESS (Centre for Educational and Social Studies), run by RSS people. The assembly has approved to provide land to the CESS, on 26.04.2021. The land that was acquired by KIADB has been given to this. The KIADB had acquired this land by paying Rs.1.50 crore, which these people have given to CESS. The Cess institute doesn’t have any educational institutions. The State Govt. has given land to such a company,” he alleged.
Further, he explained that 116 acres of land has been given at Rs. 50 crore. “The State Government has given a sum of Rs. 175 crore compensation to the farmers. They acquired land from the farmers and have developed it, that land costs around Rs. 300 to Rs.400 crore. But the State Government has given it to them as a gift to the RSS people. It is a huge scam,” he alleged.
