Bengaluru, November 18, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): As the COVID-19 Pandemic is declining in the State, hesitancy has appeared among the people in getting COVID vaccination. As the people are hesitant to take the vaccination, the government has taken a significant step now.
The hesitation of several people in taking the second dose vaccine following the decline in the number of Corona cases has resulted in creating a headache for the Health Department. In this context, the State Government is contemplating making it mandatory for the citizens to produce the certificate of having both the doses come out of the houses!
It is learnt that in several countries, only people who have taken both doses of the COVID vaccine are allowed to come out of the houses. Hence, the team of experts in Karnataka has also advised the government to follow the same procedure.
As of now, 40 lakh people have taken both doses of the vaccine in Bengaluru, which has one crore population. This has indeed led to anxiety forcing the State Government to take this significant step.
In case if the State Government implements this, only people who have taken both the doses of COVID vaccine can only come out of the houses.
