Mysuru, December 23, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): University of Mysore Vice-Chancellor Prof. G. Hemanthkumar today informed that the students appearing for the law exams conducted by the University of Mysore can write both in Kannada and English languages from the next academic year.
He presided over the third general body meeting of the University of Mysore Education Board, held at the Vignana Bhavana in Manasagangotri campus today.
He said that steps will be taken to check the curriculum of Bangalore University and for which language priority is given there. He also assured that measures will be taken to ensure that the students could write the law exams both in English as well as Kannada from the next academic year.
Registrar Prof. R. Shivappa, Prof. A.P. Jnanaprakash (Registrar – Exams), Finance Officer Dr. Sangeetha Gajanana Bhat, MLC Dharmasena, Prof. Neelamma Betsur, Prof. Basavaraju and others participated in the meeting.
