ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 6,2021(www.justkannada.in): ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ತೇಜೋವಧೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಕೆಲಸವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಮಾದ್ಯಮಗಳ ಜತೆ ಇಂದು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ಮೊದಲು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅನೇಕ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿದ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯತೆ ಹೆಸರು, ಗೌರವ ಹಾಳಾಗಿ ಚಾರಿತ್ರ್ಯವಧೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಇತಿಶ್ರೀ ಹಾಡಲು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ತಡೆಹಾಕಲು ಬಲವಾದ ಕಾನೂನು ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಚಿಂತನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ, ಬೇರೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಈ ರೀತಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ತೇಜೋವಧೆ ಮಾಡಲು ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣ, ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನೈಜತೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಯಾರೂ ನಿಷೇಧ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಾನೂನಿಗಿಂತ ಯಾರೂ ದೊಡ್ಡವರಲ್ಲ. ತಪ್ಪು ಯಾರೇ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಯಾಗಬೇಕು. ಆದರೆ ತೇಜೋವಧೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುವವರು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ ಇಂತಹವರು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗದೆ ಬೇರೆ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಹಿಡಿದು ತಮ್ಮ ಬೇಳೆ ಬೇಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ಹೊಸ ಅನೈತಿಕ, ಮೌಲ್ಯರಹಿತ ಟ್ರೆಂಡ್ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ರಷ್ಯಾ, ದುಬೈನಿಂದ ವೀಡಿಯೋ ಹಾಕುವುದು, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಇದು ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ ಎನಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಇದ್ದವರಿಗೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಬದ್ಧತೆ, ಕಳಕಳಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಆರೋಪ ಬಂದಾಗ ಅದನ್ನು ಪರಾಮರ್ಶಿಸಬೇಕು. ನೈಜತೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ 24 ಗಂಟೆಯೂ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂದರು.
ಚಾರಿತ್ರ್ಯಹರಣವಾಗಬಾರದು ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಇಂಜೆಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗ ಹಿಟ್ ಆ್ಯಂಡ್ ರನ್ ಜನರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಭಯಪಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರು, ಅನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾದವರು ಇನ್ನೂ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಹಿನಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಮಗ್ರ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

There seems to be a big political conspiracy to defame opponents by misusing media. We have approached court to prevent this hit-and-run smear campaign, said Health and Medical Education Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar.
Speaking to the media, Dr.K.Sudhakar said that these kind of hit jobs tarnish the image of individuals and destroy the goodwill gained from years of good work. It is necessary to put an end to this kind of conspiracy. Govt is also thinking to bring a law to check this kind of mischief, he added.
It is not confined to only politicians. Celebrities from various walks of life are subjected to this kind of conspiracy. Both Mainstream media and Social media platforms are being misused to broadcast misinformation and fake news. If there is truth in allegations, no one can be protected. Culprits must be punished. No one is above law. But smear campaign to tarnish image and goodwill is not acceptable. Those who feel they are victimised can go to court and seek justice. But there is a new trend to indulge in hit-and-run allegations. This is unethical, immoral and illegal, Dr.Sudhakar said.
In the recent case, it is being reported that videos have been uploaded from Russia and other countries. Isn’t it sounding weird? There seems to be a deliberately planned conspiracy behind this. It is quite natural for those in public life to be cautious about their image and goodwill. Any defamatory content must be checked for its veracity. If found true I have no objection to broadcast it 24 hours, he added.
The only reason to move court for injunction is to prevent any attempt of defamation. The victims have not come forward to lodge compliant or approached courts for justice. There must be a thorough investigation in the case, he said.
