Mysuru, Feb. 20, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah today said that people are donating money to build the Ram Mandir and not for BJP.
Speaking to the presspersons in Mysuru today in response to the BJP leaders asking him who is he to question about the donations to construct Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, the former CM said, “I have the right to ask you. I am also a citizen of India. There is no rule that only the person who has donated has to ask you. Whether I give or not, they have to be transparent and to answer. It is our right to question. They are refusing to give us the details, what does it mean? Doesn’t it mean the money is being misused? It is not the first time it is happening. Earlier also they collected donations and didn’t reply. What does it mean? they should answer,” he said.
