However, a few officials of the KSOU have also given a counter-complaint against Varuna Mahesh. Varuna Mahesh in his complaint has alleged that a lot of corruption is going in KSOU. “On December 16, I approached the KSOU VC to get some documents. But he behaved rudely and asked me to get out. He also threatened of dire consequences.”
He informed that again on December 17, he submitted an application under the RTI asking to provide him a few documents. As soon as he got to know about it, Vidyashankar through some others started threatening him. Hence he lodged a complaint at the Jayalakshmipuram Police Station requesting police protection and initiating action against the KSOU VC.
In the meantime, KSOU Registrar R. Rajanna has also lodged a counter-complaint against Varuna Mahesh in the police station. In his complaint, Rajanna has stated that Varuna Mahesh budged into the KSOU Vice Chancellor’s office without permission and not only shouted and used unparliamentary words against the VC but also threatened to kill him and has requested to initiate legal action against him.
