ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್,30,2023(www.justkannada.in): ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹೆಚ್.ಬಿ.ಆರ್. ಬಡಾವಣೆಯ 1ನೇ ಹಂತ, ಕಾಚರಕನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂ. 181, 182 ಮತ್ತು 183ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿರುವ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳನ್ನು ಇಂದು ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ಬಿಡಿಎ(BDA) ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 1985ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಿಮ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಸುಮಾರು ರೂ. 150 ಕೋಟಿ ಬೆಲೆ ಬಾಳುವ 2.20 ಎಕರೆ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಭದ್ರತೆಯ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ 200 ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ 100 ಜನ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಹಾಗೂ 15 ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಸುಪರ್ದಿಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.
ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳ ತೆರವು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನ ನೂತನವಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಅಯುಕ್ತರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಪ್ರಭಾರವನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಎನ್.ಜಯರಾಂ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಕಾನೂನು ಕೋಶದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ, ಸಲಹೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು, ತೆರವು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿ, ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ENGLISH SUMMARY…
Bangalore Development Authority cleared the unauthorised constructions which had come up on Sy. No. 181, 182 and 183 of Kacharakanahalli Village, HBR Layout 1st Phase. The unauthorised constructions had come up on the land belonging to BDA.
The Karnataka State Government issued a final notification in 1985 that it was the property of Bangalore Development Authority, and the 2.20 acre land worth about Rs 150 crore was cleared and handed over to the authority in the presence of 100 workers including 200 officials and 15 officials of Bangalore Development Authority.
Before the eviction of the unauthorized buildings, N. Jayaram, who has taken charge of the post of Commissioner of Bangalore Development Authority, discussed with the officials of the legal cell of the authority, got advice, instructed the officials for the eviction, and the work was carried out systematically.
