ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಜು,18,2020(www.justkannada.in): ಇ-ಹರಾಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಇ-ಹರಾಜಿನ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಅರಿತ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಈಗ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ನಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು 2ನೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 308 ನಿವೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ಇ-ಹರಾಜು ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಕೋವಿಡ್-19ರ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಾಕ್‌ಡೌನ್ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ನಿವೇಶನ ವೀಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಇದನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದ ಬಿಡಿಎ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಹರಾಜಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಇ-ಮ್ಯಾಪಿಂಗ್ ಅನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಮಾನ್ಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಆದೇಶದಂತೆ ಸಾಫ್ಟ್‌ವೇರ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದರ ಸಹಾಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಇ-ಹರಾಜಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ 308 ನಿವೇಶನಗಳಿಗೆ ಇ-ಮ್ಯಾಪಿಂಗ್ ಅನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿ, ಬಿಡಿಎ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನ ಹರಾಜು ಕೊಂಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿರುವ ಇ-ಹರಾಜು ನಿವೇಶನಗಳ ಜಿಯೋಟ್ಯಾಗ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಕ್ಷೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ತಾವು ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸಿರುವ ನಿವೇಶನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಟನ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ, ಗೂಗಲ್ ಮ್ಯಾಪ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಕುಳಿತಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಬಹುದು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ನಿವೇಶನದ ಖಚಿತ ಅಳತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿವೇಶನದ ಪರಿಸರವು ಸಹ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ಲಭಿಸಲಿದೆ.
ಈ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಎ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಇ-ಹರಾಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸುವ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮೂಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತು ನಿವೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ಬಿಡಿಎ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

BDA Sites Location viewing is now made easy
BDA adopts e-mapping technology for e-auction of sites
Realizing the difficulty in locating the sites during e-auction, the Bangalore Development Authority has now extended facility to locate the sites from the comforts of bidders’ home.
The Bangalore Development Authority has issued a notification for the sale of a total of 308 sites through e-auction. Owing to lockdown in the wake of Covid-19, the bidders had difficulty in visiting the sites for on-the-spot assessment. Factoring in the challenge, the BDA Commissioner had ordered the adoption of e-mapping technology.
Following the Commissioner’s orders, the BDA teamed with a software company and has done e-mapping of all 308 sites that are put up for e-auction which is published it at its official website.
As the sites are geo-tagged, the sites, which are up for auction, can be accessed by the public by clicking on the site number they are interested to buy. The sites will be visible to the public on Google Map with details like the layout and the dimension.
As sites for auctioning are geo-tagged and published on the BDA website, people in any part of the world can access the information.
The Commissioner has stated that the BDA will adopt this system permanently.
