ಮೈಸೂರು,ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್,20,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಹಾನಗಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಂದಗಿ ಉಪಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ಕಣ ರಂಗೇರಿದ್ದು ಮೂರು ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರ ನಡುವೆ ಟಾಕ್ ವಾರ್ ಜೋರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದೇ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಶಾಸಕ ಜಿ.ಟಿ ದೇವೇಗೌಡ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂಗಳಿಬ್ಬರ ವಾಕ್ ಸಮರ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಶಾಸಕ ಜಿ.ಟಿ ದೇವೇಗೌಡರು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಏಕವಚನ ಬಂದರೆ ಜನ ಅದನ್ನ ಗಮನಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹಿರಿತನ ಆಗುತ್ತಾ ಆಗುತ್ತಾ ಹೆಚ್ವು ಗೌರವಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗವೇಕು. ನೀವು ಹಿರಿಯರಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ನಿಮಗೆ ಅನುಭವಗಳಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ನೀವು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಹೆದರಬೇಕು. ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಏಕವಚನ ಬಂದರೆ ಜನ ಅದನ್ನ ಗಮನಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. 
ರಾಜಕಾರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಥರೆಯಂತವರು ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಜನ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮನೆ‌ಮನೆಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಮಂಥರೆ ಪಾತ್ರ ಮಾಡುವವರು ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಅರಿವಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಂಥರೆ ಪಾತ್ರ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಇಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಟೀಕೆ ಮಾತು ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.ಜನ ಬುದ್ದಿವಂತರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇವರು ಇವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರು ಟೀಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ರೆ ಜನ ಕೈ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿಬಿಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಆಡಳತ ಯಾರು ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ತತ್ವ ಸಿದ್ದಾಂತ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಂದಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿದ್ದವರು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮಾತನಾಡುವಾಗ ಇದನ್ನ ಯೋಚನೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಜಿ.ಟಿ ದೇವೇಗೌಡರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

Mysuru, October 20, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The byelections for the Sindhagi and Hanagal constituencies are fast approaching. In the meantime, the war of words between the leaders of all three major national parties has also increased. MLA G.T. Devegowda has reacted to the ongoing tirade.
“I request all the leaders to mind their words as people are watching. A person who is aging should earn respect. You are all seniors, and are very experienced. You were the Chief Ministers’ of the State. You people should be scared about the people of the State. If you use singular language in public, won’t the people watch you?’ he questioned.
