Advocate Jagadish informs he will appeal in the Court against SIT on violation of Nirbhaya guidelines
Bengaluru, Mar. 31, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been interrogating the victim concerning the Ramesh Jarkiholi sex CD case. In the meantime, advocate Jagadish representing the victim has informed that he would appeal in the court against SIT.
In a video which he has uploaded on social media, advocate Jagadish has alleged that the SIT has violated Nirbhaya guidelines. “SIT itself has video recorded the victim and has shared it with the media. I had called Suryamukund Raj, who has made the video. SIT’s mask has been exposed in this case. I will file a case in the court against SIT,” he said in the video.
