ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್,05,2021(www.justkannada.in) : ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಬೆಳ್ಳಂದೂರು ಸಮೀಪದ ಭೂಮಿ ಡಿನೋಟಿಫಿಕೇಷನ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸಿಎಂ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನೀಡಿದ ಆದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತಡೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿಎಸ್ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪಗೆ ಬಿಗ್ ರಿಲೀಫ್ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದಂತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ 24 ಎಕರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಡಿನೋಟಿಫಿಕೇಷನ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅಲಂ ಪಾಷಾ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
2012ರಲ್ಲಿ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಆರೋಪ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಆಧರಿಸಿ, ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸುವಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ ವಿಶೇಷ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಸೂಚಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಸಿಎಂ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪಗೆ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ಸಿಲುಕಿದರು.
ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ತಡೆಗಾಗಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ವೈ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಲೇರಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದಂತ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಪೀಠವು ಬೆಳ್ಳಂದೂರು ಬಳಿಯ ಭೂಮಿ ಡಿನೋಟಿಫಿಕೇಷನ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ತಡೆ ನೀಡಿ ಆದೇಶಿದೆ.

Denotification case: Big relief for CM BSY
New Delhi, Apr. 05, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The Hon’ble Supreme Court has given stay order to the High Court order to investigate Chief Minister B.S.Yedyurappa in the Bellanduru land denotification case. It has given a big relief for the CM.
A person named Alam Pasha had submitted a complaint to the Lokayukta against the Chief Minister alleging denotification of 24 acres of government land to some private people. The High Court of Karnataka had issued orders to conduct an investigation based on the charge sheet submitted by the Lokayukta, causing panic to the Chief Minister
Following this, the Chief Minister had appealed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court requesting to issue a stay order. The Hon’ble Supreme Court bench has issued a stay order to the Devnahalli land denotification case after hearing the proceedings.
