Kalaburagi, September 17, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has given a bumper gift to the Kalyana Karnataka region by announcing an additional Rs.1,500 crore grant for various developmental works.
CM Basavaraj Bommai participated in a program organized as part of the Kalyana Karnataka Utsav, held at the D.R. Grounds in Kalaburagi. Speaking on the occasion, he announced that an additional Rs.1,500 crore would be provided to the Kalyana Karnataka Development Board and asked the officials concerned to utilize it properly and completely. He asked the Board members and officials to take his words as a challenge and implement developmental works.
Further, he informed that the State Government has decided to establish a new textile park at Kalaburagi. “The role of our seniors in uniting Karnataka is immense, as a result of which Kalyana Karnataka region has received the 371(J) status. Development of the Kalyana Karnataka region will not become true unless the mindset of the administrators changes,” he said.
