Bengaluru, Apr. 16, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Chief Minister B.S. Yedyurappa who was suffering from fever for the last two days has tested positive for COVID-19.
The Chief Minister was admitted to the M.S. Ramaiah Hospital following ill-health yesterday. However, his corona reports tested negative. Following symptoms, another test was conducted in which he tested positive.
CM Yedyurappa was engaged in the byelection campaigning for the last two days. He had also conducted a meeting with several government officials on the COVID-19 situation. He has been shifted to the Manipal Hospital. He had also received the first dose of the corona vaccine recently.
