ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌,21,2023(www.justkannada.in): ಶಕ್ತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಅಪಾರ ಸ್ಪಂದನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 5675 ಹೊಸ ಬಸ್‌ ಖರೀದಿಯ ಗುರಿ ಹೊಂದಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಶೀಘ್ರವೇ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಇಂದು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಆಯವ್ಯಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಬಸ್‌ಗಳ ಖರೀದಿಗೆ 500 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಖರೀದಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರವೇ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
ಶಕ್ತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಶೇ. 15 ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಶೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಲು ಅನುವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸೇವೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಅನುವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಬಸ್‌ ಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ರಾಜಸ್ವ ಗುರಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮಗಳ ಹಣಕಾಸು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಾಹನ ತನಿಖೆಯಿಂದ 83 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ದಂಡ ಸಂಗ್ರಹ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಜರಾಯಿ ಸಚಿವ ರಾಮಲಿಂಗಾರೆಡ್ಡಿ, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಗೋವಿಂದರಾಜು ಹಾಗೂ ನಸೀರ್‌ ಅಹ್ಮದ್‌, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಜಿಯಾವುಲ್ಲಾ, ಹಣಕಾಸು ಇಲಾಖೆ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಪಿ.ಸಿ. ಜಾಫರ್‌, ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಎನ್.ವಿ. ಪ್ರಸಾದ್‌, ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮಗಳ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.

Shakti scheme receives huge response across the state
Chief Minister directs to purchase 5600 buses for state road transport corporations
Bengaluru, October 21-
Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that a target to purchase 5675 new buses has been set in view of the huge response and public appreciation for Shakti scheme across the state and instructed the officials to take action in this regard.
The CM ordered to complete the purchase process soon, since Rs.500 crore has been provided for the purchase of new buses in the budget. There has been 15 per cent increase in the number of passengers travelling in State Road Transport Corporation after launching the Shakti Scheme. He also opined to add additional schedules and buses to provide better service to the passengers.
A discussion was held in the meeting about the revenue target collection of the transport department and the financial management of the road transport corporations.
The officials informed that Rs. 83 crore fine has been collected from vehicle inspection.
Transport and Mujarai Minister Ramalingareddy, Chief Minister’s Political Secretary Govindaraju and Naseer Ahmed, Chief Minister’s Secretary Jiaullah, Finance Department Secretary P.C. Jafar, Transport Department Secretary N.V. Prasad, Managing Directors of all transport corporations and other senior officials were present.
