Mysuru, January 29, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): A war of words is taking place between ruling party MP Pratap Simha and MLAs L. Nagendra and S.A. Ramadas, over the supply of LPG through a pipeline to all houses in Mysuru city.
Mysuru-Kodagu MP Pratap Simha held a press meet in Mysuru to explain the purpose of the project and its uses and challenged his party MLAs.
“The LPG pipeline is a very important project. The price of each LPG cylinder is Rs.904. It also costs extra money to supply it to every house. We are also seeing several incidents of explosions of LPG cylinders in the state. Hence, LPG should also be supplied like water through a pipeline to every house to avoid such accidents. Narendra Modi launched this project for the first time in the country in Gujarath. Instructions have been given to implement this project in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Ramanagara, Mandya, Tumakuru, Hassan, Shivamogga, Hubballi, Dharwad, Chitradurga, Kalaburagi, and other districts in the State,” he informed.
