ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜೂನ್, 23,2023(www.justkannada.in): ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಅಶಿಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಕಮಿಷನ್ ಹಾವಳಿಯಿಂದ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹಳಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿರುವ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿಸಲು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸಮಯಾವಕಾಶ ಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆಗಾರರ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿ.ಕೆಂಪಣ್ಣ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ನಿಯೋಗವು ಇಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಬಿಲ್ಲುಗಳ ಪಾವತಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು. 2013 ರಿಂದ 2018ರ ವರೆಗೆ ಇದ್ದ LOC ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನೇ ಮತ್ತೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲು ಕೆಂಪಣ್ಣ ಒತ್ತಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಿ ಎಂದು ಸಂಘ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿತು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಮಿಷನ್ ಹಾವಳಿಗೆ ಕಡಿವಾಣ ಹಾಕಿ, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರ ಹಿತಕ್ಕೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗದಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಬಜೆಟ್ ಮಂಡನೆಯಾಗಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ನಂತರ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳ ಸಭೆ ಕರೆದು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 2000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ನಗರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ 1500 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳು ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಕೆಂಪಣ್ಣ ಅವರು ತಡೆಹಿಡಿದಿರುವ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿರಾಕ್ಷೇಪಣಾ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೆಂಪಣ್ಣ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

Association appeals to give top priority to the state contractors
Bengaluru, June 23 : Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that, financial indiscipline and commission menace of the previous government has created problems for contractors. It will take some time to fix the economy which was derailed by BJP.
A delegation led by the President of Karnataka State Contractors Association D. Kempanna which met him today appealed to take necessary action for the payment of outstanding bills. CM assured that action would be taken to curb the commission menace in the state and protect the interests of local contractors.
A review meeting of BBMP and Finance Department Secretaries will be called after the budget session, the CM assured.
Kempanna explained that the outstanding bills amounts to Rs 2000 crores in BBMP and Rs 1500 crores under the Nagarothana scheme. He requested to release the withheld amount and no objection certificate .
