ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್,14,2021(www.justkannada.in) : ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿಸಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳದ, ರೋಗದ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದ, ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸಿದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯಾವ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಏನು ಉಪಯೋಗ? ಎಂದು ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಎಚ್.ಡಿ.ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಅವರು, ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಿಗಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾಗಿಯೂ, ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸುವುದಾಗಿಯೂ ಸಿಎಂ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಕೊರೊನಾ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸಿದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯಾವ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಏನು ಉಪಯೋಗ? ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕೊರೊನಾ 2ನೇ ಅಲೆ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಹೀಗಾಗುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ
ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳಿಗೆ 2ನೇ ಅಲೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಗಳಿದ್ದವು. ಅದನ್ನು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಹೀಗಾಗುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದೆಲ್ಲದರ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುವ ರೆಮ್‌ಡಿಸಿವಿರ್‌ ಎಂಬ ಚುಚ್ಚು ಮದ್ದಿಗೆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಾವ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಸೋಂಕಿತರಿಗೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯೇ ಖಾತ್ರಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆಕ್ರೋಶವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಔಷಧಿಗೆ ಅಭಾವ ಎದುರಾಗುತ್ತಲೇ ರಫ್ತು ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಿದೆ
ರೆಮ್‌ಡಿಸಿವಿರ್‌ ಚುಚ್ಚುಮದ್ದನ್ನು ಇಷ್ಟ ಬಂದಂತೆ ರಫ್ತು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಟೀಕೆಗಳು ಬರುತ್ತಲೇ, ಔಷಧಿಗೆ ಅಭಾವ ಎದುರಾಗುತ್ತಲೇ ರಫ್ತು ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಈಗ ಕಾಲ ಮಿಂಚಿದೆ. ಒಂದೆಡೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ದಿಢೀರ್‌ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ದೇಶದ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ರೆಮ್‌ಡಿಸಿವಿರ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಕಾದು ಕೂರುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಉದ್ಭವಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಸಮಾಧಾನವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ರೆಮ್‌ಡಿಸಿವಿರ್‌ ಕಾಳಸಂತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರಾಟವಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ
ಈ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ರೆಮ್‌ಡಿಸಿವಿರ್‌ ಕಾಳಸಂತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರಾಟವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ, ನಕಲಿ ಔಷಧ ಪೂರೈಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ವರದಿಯಾಗಿವೆ. ಒಂದೆಡೆ ಔಷಧದ ದಾಸ್ತಾನು ಮಾಡದೇ ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರ, ಕಾಳ ಸಂತೆ, ನಕಲಿ ಹಾವಳಿ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸದೇ ಅದಕ್ಷತೆ ಮೆರೆದಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಎಂಬ ಮಾತಿಲ್ಲ. ಎರಡೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳೂ ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಡವಿವೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ತೋರುವ ನಡೆಗಳು ಖಂಡನೀಯ
ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸುವ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಇದ್ದೇ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸಿ, ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ತೋರುವ ನಡೆಗಳು ಖಂಡನೀಯ. ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ, ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಔಷಧಗಳನ್ನಾದರೂ ದಾಸ್ತಾನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಅದಿಲ್ಲದೇ, ಸಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Bengaluru, Apr. 14, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): “The State Govt. couldn’t mobilize required infrastructure or could take any precautionary measures to prevent the COVID-19 Pandemic, it neglected to take any precautions. Now what is the use of conducting a meeting?” questioned former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy.
In his tweet, the former CM mentioned that Chief Minister B.S. Yedyurappa has stated that he would initiate stringent measures to control the pandemic and conduct a all-party meeting soon. “But what is the use of conducting a meeting now after neglecting to take any kind of precautionary measures?”
“Both, the State and Central Governments knew about the possible second wave of the pandemic. But it exhibited negligence and didn’t take proper measures to prevent it. In the meantime, the country is facing a shortage of an injection named ‘Remdesivir’ used to treat COVID-19 Pandemic. A situation has been created where there is no guarantee of getting treatment for Coronavirus now,” he added.
“The Govt. of India was exporting ‘Remdesivir’ injections as per its wish which was stopped soon after people started objecting it. But now it is too late. Corona cases have increased too much. Now the hospitals in the country have to wait to get ‘Remdesivir,’ he explained.
