New Delhi, July 31, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The fear of COVID third wave has started in the country, as the number of new cases registered cross 40 k for the fourth consecutive day.
41,649 new cases have been registered in the country in the last 24 hours. According to the information provided by the Union Health Ministry 593 people have lost their lives in the last 24 hours and 37,291 people have recovered. The number of total COVID cases has increased to 3,16,13,993 and the total number of deaths has increased to 4,23,810.
The number of active cases has increased to 4,08,920. On July 27 the country had registered lesser than 30,000 cases, which increased to 43,654 on July 28 and 43,509 on July 29. Yesterday that is on July 30 44,230 cases have been identified triggering an alarm.
