ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 4,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಲಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಪಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಲಸಿಕೆ ದೊರೆಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಜತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಾಲೂಕು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನವರು ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಇದನ್ನು ಪಿಎಚ್‍ಸಿ, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೂ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.
ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಲಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು 60 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೋಮಾರ್ಬಿಡಿಟಿ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ನೈತಿಕ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿ ನೀಡುವ ಕೆಲಸವೂ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಬಹಳ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದವರಿಗೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಸೋಂಕು ಬಂದರೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಉಂಟಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರು ದೇಸಿ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು. ಮನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯುವಜನರು ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರನ್ನು ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಡ್ಡ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಲಸಿಕೆ ವಿತರಣೆಗೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಯಂತೆ ಲಸಿಕೆ ವಿತರಣೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.

Bengaluru – March 4, 2021: The government will discuss the availability of Covid vaccines in PHCs and community Health Centres for speedy vaccination of senior citizens, says Health & Medical Education Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar.
At present Covid vaccine is being administered at Taluk hospitals, we are considering to extend the service to PHCs and CHCs so that more and more public can get the vaccine at the earliest. He added.
Persons above the age of 60 and persons above 45 years with comorbidities are given priority as of now. We are also boosting the morale of the senior citizens to get the vaccine voluntarily. People will be benefitted by this. In case a vaccinated person gets infected, the effect will be minimal. We are hopeful that more and more people will be vaccinated in the future. Said the Minister.
PM Narendra Modi has also taken the Made in India Vaccine. Therefore there is no doubt in the performance of the vaccine and everybody can get the vaccine. No adverse effect is reported so far said Dr.Sudhakar. Considering the infrastructure in private hospitals, the permission for vaccine will be given as per the central government guidelines, he added.
