Tumakuru, Nov. 23, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): Following the reopening of degree colleges after a gap of 8 months, Deputy Chief Minister and Higher Education Minister Dr. C.N. Ashwathnarayan visited the Constituent Degree College of Tumakuru University on Monday and inspected.
He visited the college along with Prof. Siddegowda, Chancellor of Tumakuru University and other senior officials of the department and inspected the precautionary measures taken to prevent Corona pandemic in the College.
In his response to the press persons question on increasing number of corona cases and decision not to commence colleges in few states, he opined that we should not keep quite because we are facing challenges. “It is the question of students future. There studies should not stop, especially students who are pursuing final year graduation. We have taken all precautions and also we have commenced offline classes keeping in mind their safety.”
