Mysuru, February 21, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): “A few research books can become guidelines for researchers, especially the youth. Researchers can obtain a more clear picture of their respective research works by studying Dr. Ha. Thi. Krishnegowda’s books” opined Prof. G. Hemanth Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Mysore.
He participated in a program to release six books authored by Dr. Ha. Thi. Krishnegowda, held at the B.M.Shri auditorium in Manasagangotri campus, organized by the Ankura (Sahitya Balaga), Mysuru, and the Kuvempu Kannada Research Institute, University of Mysore.
In his address, he said, “modern research has widened. Stalwarts like Dr. Srinivas Havanuru, Dr. Ra. U. Dharwadkara, Dr. T.V. Venkatachalshastry, and others have extended it. Krishnegowda has made efforts to recall the efforts and contributions of such stalwarts through his books. His works can become guidelines for the researchers, especially the young researchers.”
Dr. M.G. Manjunath, Director, Kuvempu Kannada Research Institute, University of Mysore, Omkarappa, Publisher, Ankura Publications, Halathi Lokesh, Halathi Somashekar, litterateur Prof. N.S. Taranath, Prof. C. Naganna, Dr. Yoganna, author Ha.Thi. Krishnegowda and others were present.
