ಮೈಸೂರು,ಆಗಸ್ಟ್,28,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಡಾ. ಶಿವರಾಮ ಕಾರಂತ ಬಡಾವಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ 31ನೇ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 2021ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 11:00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಸೋಮಶೆಟ್ಟಿಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಎ.ವಿ. ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಜನ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಲಿದೆ.
ಭಾರತದ ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ದಿನಾಂಕ 03.12.2020ರ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿನ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಅನುಸಾರ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಎ.ವಿ. ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 2020ರಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಡಾ. ಶಿವರಾಮ ಕಾರಂತ್ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯ ಅಧಿಸೂಚಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ 17 ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ 3546 ಎಕರೆ 12 ಗುಂಟೆಯ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿ, ತಪ್ಪು ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗೊಂದಲವಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಗಮನಿಸಿದೆ.
ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಾಗಿರುವ ಗೊಂದಲವನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಲು, ತಪ್ಪು ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತೊಡೆದುಹಾಕಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಆದೇಶಗಳ ವಾಸ್ತವ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಲು, ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಎ.ವಿ. ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ (ನಿವೃತ್ತ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ), ಜಯಕರ್ ಜೆರೋಮ್, ಭಾ.ಆ.ಸೇ., (ನಿವೃತ್ತ), ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಡಾ. ಎಸ್.ಟಿ. ರಮೇಶ್, ಭಾ.ಪೊ.ಸೇ. (ನಿವೃತ್ತ), ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇವರನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಮೇಲಿನ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾ. ಶಿವರಾಮ ಕಾರಂತ್ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರ ಜೊತೆ ಜನಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಎ.ವಿ. ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಸಮಿತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಚಿತ್ರಣವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತರದಾಯಿಗಳು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸುವಂತೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಎ.ವಿ. ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಕೋರಿದೆ.

Mass Contact Meeting to be held by Justice A.V. Chandrashekar Committee on 31st August 2021, at Samudaya Bhavana, Somashettyhalli at 11am in connection with Dr. Shivaram Karanth Layout.
Justice A.V. Chandrashekar Committee has been functioning from Decembner, 2020 as per the directions of the Order dated 03.12.2020 of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. However, the Committee has observed that there has been misinformation (ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿ) misunderstanding (ತಪ್ಪು ಕಲ್ಪನೆ) and confusion (ಗೊಂದಲ) among the property owners in the 17 villages comprising the notified area of 3546 acres 12 guntas of Dr. Shivaram Karanth Layout.
With a view to clear the confusion and to remove the misunderstanding and to explain the true intent and implications of the Orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court directly to the property owners, it is proposed that the Committee consisting of Justice A.V. Chandrashekar (Retired) Judge, High Court of Karnataka) Sri. Jayakar Jerome, I.A.S. (Retired) Government of Karnataka and Dr. S.T. Ramesh, I.P.S. (Retired) Government of Karnataka will address the property owners of Dr. Shivaram Karanth Layout on the above date and venue.
All the property owners and stake holders are requested to assemble during the above meeting in order to get a correct picture of the directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court and the work being done by the Justice A.V. Chandrashekar Committee.
