ನವದೆಹಲಿ,ಜನವರಿ,29,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದ ದಿನ ರೈತರ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಪರೇಡ್ ವೇಳೆ ನಡೆದ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ ಕುರಿತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ರಮನಾಥ್ ಕೋವಿಂದ್ ಬೇಸರ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಕೆಂಪುಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಧ್ವಜಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪಮಾನ ದೌರ್ಭಾಗ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸಂಸತ್ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಜಂಟಿ ಸದನ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ರಮನಾಥ್ ಕೋವಿಂದ್, ಈ ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷ, ಹೊಸ ದಶಕ ಮತ್ತು ಇದೇ ವರ್ಷ ನಾವು 75ನೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯೋತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷ ಹೊಸ ದಶಕದ ಮೊದಲ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನ ಎದುರಿಸಿ ಭಾರತ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದುದ್ದನ್ನ ಭಾರತ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಸಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳನ್ನ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಕೊರೋನಾ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಇಡೀ ಜಗತ್ತಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕೊರೊನಾ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಅನೇಕ ನಾಗರಿಕರನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಕರೊನಾ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲೇ ಮಾಜಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಪ್ರಣಾಬ್ ಮುಖರ್ಜಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸದರು ತೀರಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಆ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ನಾನು ಗೌರವ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದರು.
ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಇರುವ 24 ಸಾವಿರದ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯುಷ್ಮಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಲಾಭವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನೌಷಧಿ ಪರಿಯೋಜನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ 7 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡವರು ಅತಿ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಔಷಧಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡವರಿಗೆ 5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ವರೆಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಸಿಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 562 ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿವೆ ಎಂದರು.
ನೀರಾವರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. 6 ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗರೀಬ್ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ್ ರೋಜುಗಾರ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಕೃಷಿ ಆದಾಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. 100 ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕೃಷಿ ರೈಲುಗಳನ್ನ ಓಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಡೇರಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅನ್ನದಾತರನ್ನ ಇಂಧನ ದಾತರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಕೃಷಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಸಶಕ್ತಿಕರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 3 ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಜಾರಿಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವದಂತಿ ಹಬ್ಬಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದಂದು ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಗಲಭೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದಂತಹ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಂವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ವಾಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಕಾನೂನು ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅದೇ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ನಮಗೆಲ್ಲ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ ಎಂದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ರಮನಾಥ್ ಕೋವಿಂದ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

New Delhi, Jan. 29, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): President Ramnath Kovind today expressed his displeasure on the incident of insulting the National Flag at Red Fort during the Republic Day celebration.
Addressing the joint parliamentary budget session today he said that the country is entering its 75th independence year and our country is achieving the impossible. “Our country has handled all the situations successfully. India has been successful in winning the fight against corona. The entire world has recognized our capacity,” he said.
“The Govt. of India has implemented three farm laws to strengthen the agricultural sector, but rumours are being spread against these new farm laws. The incident of insulting the National Flag is very unfortunate. Our constitution has provided freedom of expression to all. Likewise, our constitution a
lso says that we should follow law and order strictly,” he added.
