ಮೈಸೂರು,ಸೆಪ್ಟಂಬರ್,14,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಈ ಬಾರಿಯ ವಿಶ್ವವಿಖ್ಯಾತ ಮೈಸೂರು ದಸರಾ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 7ರಿಂದ 15ರವರೆಗೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದು ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರು ಉಪ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ ಬಗಾದಿ ಗೌತಮ್ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸರಳ ದಸರಾ ಆಚರಣೆಗೂ ದಸರಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸಭೆಯ ತೀರ್ಮಾನದಂತೆ ಉಪ ಸಮಿತಿ ರಚನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಜ್ಞಾಪನ ಪತ್ರ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಮತ್ತು ಆಮಂತ್ರಣ ಸಮಿತಿ, ದೀಪಾಲಂಕಾರ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ದಸರಾ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಸ್ವಚ್ಚತೆ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಸ್ತಬ್ಧಚಿತ್ರ ಸಮಿತಿ ರಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಡಿಸಿ ಬಗಾದಿ ಗೌತಮ್ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಮಿತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಉಪ ವಿಶೇಷಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಕಾರ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಗಳಾಗಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಉಪಸಮಿತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನ ನಿಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಉಪ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳು ದಸರಾ ಉನ್ನತ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಮಿತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ಉಪ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ದಸರಾ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆಯಿಂದ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಉಪ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ತಮಗೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅಚ್ಚುಕಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಲೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡದಂತೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಉಪ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ರೂಪುರೇಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಆಯೋಜಿಸುವುದು. ದಸರಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅನುದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡಿಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಓಚರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಯುಕ್ತ ಪತ್ರ ಸಮೇತ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವಾಗ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಶಿಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

Six Sub Committees formed for this year’s Mysuru Dasara Mahotsav
Mysuru, September 14, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): This year’s Mysuru Dasara Mahotsav is scheduled from October 7 to 15. Mysuru District Deputy Commissioner has formed six Sub-Committees to monitor the programs.
These sub-committees have been formed as per the decision of the Dasara Executive Committee meeting’s decision, to celebrate in a simple manner and a memo has been issued in this regard.
The sub-committees are: Welcome and Invite Committee, Lighting Committee, Procession Committee, Dasara Cultural Committee, Cleanliness and Arrangements Committee, Tableaux Committee. Officers of various Government Departments have been nominated as the Deputy Special Officer, Executive Chairman and Secretary of these committees.
Each sub-committee has been assigned with certain responsibilities and all of them will function as per the decisions taken and instructions provided by the Dasara High-Level Committee and Executive Committee. All these sub-committees shall maintain transparency in expenses.
