ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಜು,28,2020(www.justkannada.in): ಶಾಸಕರನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಉರುಳಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ “ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಉಳಿಸಿ” ಎಂದು ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ರಾಜಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಏನು ಮಾಡಿದೆ? ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚಿಸಲು ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಿದ BSPಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ಶಾಸಕರನ್ನೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸೆಳೆದಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಇದು ಖರೀದಿಯಲ್ಲವೇ? ಹೀಗೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿರುವುದು ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ..
ಹೌದು, ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಅಪರೇಷನ್ ಕಮಲ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಶಾಸಕರ ಖರೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಹ ನಿಪುಣ. ಖರೀದಿ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡೂ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳೂ ‘ಅಪರಾಧಿ’ಗಳೇ ಎಂದು ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಎರಡು ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಹರಿಹಾಯ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚಿಸಲು ಬೆಂಬಲ ಕೊಟ್ಟವರನ್ನೇ ಕುತಂತ್ರದಿಂದ ಸೆಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು, ಇಡೀ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನೇ ವಿಲೀನ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ನಡೆಯೇ? ಸಮಾನ ಮನಸ್ಕ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು ಶಾಸಕರನ್ನು ಸೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಯಾರು ಬೆಂಬಲ ಕೊಟ್ಟಾರು. ಈ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಎಂದು ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಶಾಸಕರ ಖರೀದಿ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಗಂಟಲು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹಿಂದೆ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಒಡೆದಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಒಡೆಯಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಕಳೆದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂಟು ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಖರೀದಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಇದು ಪ್ರಜಾಸತ್ತಾತ್ಮಕವೇ? ಖರೀದಿ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡೂ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳೂ ‘ಅಪರಾಧಿ’ಗಳೇ ಎಂದು ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿಕೆ ಎರಡು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಚಾಟಿ ಬೀಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಎಸ್.ಎಂ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅವರ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸಕರನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲವೇ? 2018ರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಂತರ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸಕರನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚಿಸಲು ಹೊಂಚು ಹಾಕಿರಲಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಬಳಿ ಈ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಲು ನೈತಿಕತೆ ಇದೆಯೇ?
2004ರ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್-ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸಕರನ್ನು ಸೆಳೆಯುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. ಇದನ್ನು ಮನಗಂಡೇ ನಾನು ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ಪಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಒಡೆಯುವ, ಶಾಸಕರನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸುವ ವ್ಯವಾಹರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಿಪುಣ. ‘ಕುದುರೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ’ ಎಂಬ ಭಾಷೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನಿಂದ.
ಪಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದಲೇ ಈ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಪ್ರಹಸನಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಪಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಮಾಡಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ, ಆತನ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ 2 ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹೊಂದದಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ. ಇದರತ್ತ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳಾದರೂ ನಡೆಯಲಿ. ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಉಳಿಯಲಿ.
ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಉಳಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಾಣ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಜೀವ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ. ನೀವು ಪ್ರಾಣ ಕೊಡುವುದು ಬೇಡ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಡೆದು ಬಂದ ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಬಾರಿ ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ನಂತರ ಪಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಸದೃಢಗೊಳಿಸುವತ್ತ ಚಿಂತನೆ ಮಾಡಿ. ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ತಂತಾನೆ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ

Haven’t the Congress which is making a big noise about purchase of MLAs divided the JD(S) in the past? Haven’t they made attempts to divide? Is it not a fact that for the sake of one Rajya Sabha seat, the Congress government in Karnataka purchased eight JD(S) MLAs? Is this democracy? Both parties are `criminals’ in purchase matters.
When SM Krishna was the CM, didn’t the Congress buy our MLAs? Didn’t the Congress conspire to form a government after the 2018 Assembly polls by buying our MLAs? Do Congress have the moral courage to answer these questions?
In 2004, the Congress tied to divide the JD(S). To avoid the party being hijacked by the Congress, I had to oust the Congress-JD(S) coalition government through a political coup.
Congress is an expert in dividing political parties and purchase of MLAs. In fact, the term Horse Trade in politics came to be used because of the Congress.
Anti Defection Law is not effective. Because of which these anti-democratic farces are being enacted. It is imperative to make the person and members of his or her family not to contest elections at least for two terms besides disqualifying them from holding any office. Let there be debate on this. Let Democracy survive.
A former CM was saying that he is ready to give up his life to save democracy. Sir, life is precious. Don’t give you life. Instead just remember the path traversed by the Congress. Then you think of strengthening the Anti Defection Act. Democracy will survive on its own
