ಧಾರವಾಡ,ಜುಲೈ,12,2021(www.justkannada.in): 2030ರ ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದಲೇ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಖಾತೆ ಸಚಿವರೂ ಆದ ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ಎನ್.ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿ ಜಾರಿ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಧಾರವಾಡದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ತಜ್ಞರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಚರ್ಚೆಯ ವೇಳೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಅಶ್ವತ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್, , ಈ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದಲೇ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳು, ಸರಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರಕಾರ ಎಲ್ಲ ರೀತಿಯ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಿದೆ. ಸ್ವ ಇಚ್ಛೆಯಿಂದ ಯಾರೇ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದು ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಸರಕಾರ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಮೂಲಾಗ್ರವಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲು 15 ವರ್ಷ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. 2040ರ ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯವೂ ಸೇರಿ ಇಡೀ ದೇಶದ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾಗಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಷಯಾವಾರು ಸಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಚೌಕಟ್ಟು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆ ವರದಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ಕೈ ಸೇರಿದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಯ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಶುರು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್‌ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೋಧನೆ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

NEP will be implemented in Govt. institutions from the current academic year: DyCM Dr.C.N.Aswhatha Narayana
Dharwad: National Education Policy (NEP) in the government institutions of the department of higher education from the current academic year (2021-22), DyCM Dr.C.N.Ashwatha Narayana, who also holds the higher education portfolio, stated on Monday.
Addressing the meeting convened with educationists at Karnataka University regarding New Education Policy-2020, he told, NEP will be implement in government higher education institutions by making use of LMS (learning manage system) and Unified University College Management System (UUCMS).
Private colleges which have good infrastructure should come forward to implement NEP from the current year itself. Other institutions should also get ready to implement this in a gradual manner, Narayana suggested.
NEP aims to integrate various capabilities of the human intellect. It aspires to provide global exposure to the students even as it wishes to make them aware of the roots of the Indian tradition, he explained.
Prof.Gudasi, Vice-Chancellor, Karnataka University, Dr.Thimmegowda, Vice-Chairperson, State Higher Education Council, Prof. Sankanuru, MLC, Dr.Eshwar Bhat and representatives from several institutions were present.
