ಮೈಸೂರು,ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್,1,2020(www.justkannada.in): ಸಚಿವರಾಗಲು ಹೆಚ್.ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್ ಅನರ್ಹ ಎಂದು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ವಿಭಾಗೀಯ ಪೀಠ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಳ್ಳಿಹಕ್ಕಿ ಹೆಚ್.ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್ ಗೆ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಾಸಕ ಸಾ.ರಾ ಮಹೇಶ್ ಟಾಂಗ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಹೆಚ್.ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್ ಸಚಿವರಾಗಲು ಅನರ್ಹರು ಎಂಬ ತೀರ್ಪು ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ, ಇಂದು ಚಾಮುಂಡಿಬೆಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಸಕ ಸಾ.ರಾ.ಮಹೇಶ್ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ತಪ್ಪು‌ಕಾಣಿಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ತಾಯಿ ಚಾಮುಂಡೇಶ್ವರಿಗೆ ಪೂಜೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಹರಕೆ ತೀರಿಸಿದರು.
ಬಳಿಕ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಾ.ರಾ ಮಹೇಶ್, ನ್ಯಾಯ ದೇವತೆ ಮೂಲಕ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಡಿದವರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೆಚ್.ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್ ಗೆ ಇದು ದೇವರು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ. ನಾವು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ನಿಟ್ಟುಸಿರು ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಆಣೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ನಡೆದ ಒಂದೇ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಸತ್ಯ ಯಾವುದೆಂದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಟಾಂಗ್ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನಾನು ದೇವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಯಿ ಬಳಿ ತಪ್ಪು ಯಾರದ್ಧು ಸರಿ ಯಾರದ್ದು ಎಂದು ತೋರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ಧೆ. ಪ್ರಸಂಗ ನಡೆದ ಒಂದೇ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ತೀರ್ಪು ಬಂದಿದೆ. ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಭಂಡತನ ಇದ್ದರೇ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು ಬಂಡತನದಿಂದ ಶಕ್ತಿ ದೇವತೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಕೂತರೆ ಏನಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ಇದು ಉದಾಹರಣೆ. 16 ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೆಚ್.ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್ ಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಅರ್ಥ. ದೇವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೇಗೆ ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡರು ಅಂತ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಾ.ರಾ ಮಹೇಶ್ ಹೆಚ್.ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್ ಗೆ ಕುಟುಕಿದರು.
ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ನಾಯಕರು ಆಣೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಚಾಮುಂಡಿಬೆಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಚಾಮುಂಡಿ ತಾಯಿ ಶಾಸಕ ಸಾ.ರಾ.ಮಹೇಶ್ ಮುಂದೆ ಕಣ್ಣಿರಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ಇಬ್ಬರು ನಾಯಕರು ಎದುರುಬದುರಾಗದೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ವಾಪಸ್ಸಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಹೆಚ್.ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್ ಹಣ ಪಡೆದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸಾ.ರಾ.ಮಹೇಶ್ ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಹಣ ಪಡೆದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದಾರೆ ಚಾಮುಂಡಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಆಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾ.ರಾ.ಮಹೇಶ್ ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದರು.
ಸಾ.ರಾ.ಮಹೇಶ್ ಸವಾಲು ಸ್ವಿಕರಿಸಿ ಹೆಚ್.ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್ ಆಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು. ಇಬ್ಬರು ನಾಯಕರು ಚಾಮುಂಡಿಬೆಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲೆ ನಿಂತು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪ್ರಹಸನ ನಡೆದಿತ್ತು. ಕೊನೆಗು ಆಣೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮಾಡದೆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ನಾಯಕರು ವಾಪಸ್ಸಾಗಿದ್ದರು.

Sa. Ra. Mahesh says H. Vishwanath is punished by goddess Chamundeshwari
Mysuru, Dec. 1, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): Following the HC orders stating that H. Vishwanath is ineligible to become a minister, former Minister and MLA Sa. Ra. Mahesh has said that it is a punishment on H. Vishwanath by goddess Chamundeshwari.
Sa. Ra. Mahesh visited the Chamundi temple atop Chamundi hill today and offered pooja following the court orders.
Speaking to the media persons after that, he said those who do wrong would be punished by god. “It is a punishment given by the goddess. The decision has come within one year after swearing in front of god,” he said sarcastically.
It can be recalled here that both of them had visited the Chamundi temple to swear. Sa. Ra. Mahesh had alleged that H. Vishwanath had taken money and joined BJP and asked the latter to swear if he has not done so. Ultimately both the leaders had returned without swearing in front of the god.
