ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್,28,2020(www.justkannada.in) : ಗೋಹತ್ಯೆ ನಿಷೇಧಕ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಗ್ರೀವಾಜ್ಞೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಪ್ರಭು ಚೌಹಾಣ್ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಭೆ ಬಳಿಕ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವರು, ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಷತ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಗದ ಕಾರಣ ಗೋಹತ್ಯೆ ನಿಷೇಧಕ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಗ್ರೀವಾಜ್ಞೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇಂದು ನಡೆದ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಗೋವುಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಗಣನೀಯವಾಗಿ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಕಳವಳಕಾರಿ ಸಂಗತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆತಂಕವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಭೇದವನ್ನು ಮರೆತು ಗೋವುಗಳ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಮುಂದಾದರೆ ನಾಡಿನ ಪಶುಸಂಪತ್ತು ವೃದ್ಧಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೇವಲ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ದುರುದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಮಸೂದೆಯನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರ ನಡುವೆ ತಪ್ಪು ಕಲ್ಪನೆ ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Bengaluru, Dec. 28, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): Minister Prabhu Chouhan informed that the State Government has decided to implement the anti-cow slaughter bill through an ordinance.
Speaking to the media men after the cabinet meeting held at Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru today, he said, “the State Government has decided to implement the anti-cow slaughter bill through an ordinance, as it wasn’t approved in the upper house. It is disturbing to know that the number of cows is declining year-by-year. It is the responsibility of everybody to pledge to protect cows irrespective of party. It is incorrect for the opposition to oppose it keeping in mind only political vendetta and thereby create wrong ideas among the masses,” he said.
