ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜನವರಿ 1,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತರುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿರುವ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ವರದಿ ರೂಪಿಸಲು ವಿಷನ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಷನ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ನ ಮೊದಲ ಸಭೆ ಬಳಿಕ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವರು, ಡಾ.ಗುರುರಾಜ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ರಚನೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. 2017 ರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ನೀತಿ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದ್ದು ಎಂಬ ಮೂರು ಹಂತಗಳ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿವೆ. ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದಕ್ಕೊಂದು ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕಿದೆ. ರೋಗ ಬಾರದಂತೆ ತಡೆಯುವ ಪ್ರಿವೆನ್ಶನ್ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಬೇಕಿದೆ. ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ರೋಗ ಬರಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಔಷಧಿ ನೀಡುವುದು, 35 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರಿಗೆ ರಕ್ತ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿಸುವುದು, ಅಸಾಂಕ್ರಮಿಕ ರೋಗಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲೇ ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡುವುದು ಮೊದಲಾದವುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ವರದಿ ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಸಮಯ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಈ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ತಜ್ಞರ ಸಲಹೆ ಪಡೆದು ವರದಿ ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲೋಪತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಯುಷ್ ತಜ್ಞರನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಸೇರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂತಿಮ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.

ಪ್ರತಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಲು ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಕೋಶ ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Vision Group to submit report in six months on Arogya Karnataka
Bengaluru, January 1, 2021: Vision Group has been directed to prepare a report on comprehensive development in Health sector. Report is likely to be finalized in six months said Health & Medical Education Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar.
Speaking to the media after concluding the first meeting with the members of the mission group here on Friday, Minister Sudhakar said that government is working towards comprehensive transformation in health sector. Currently National Health policy 2017 is in place and we are committed to provide quality health care for the people of Karnataka. The roadmap to achieve this have been discussed in the meeting.
Speaking on the current health care scenario in the state, Dr.Sudhakar said that presently health care is divided in three parts viz, Primary , community and district level health services. There are medical colleges available and these services needs to be integrated to provide quality health care to the public. We also need to focus on prevention. Preventive measures like regular blood check up for the people aged above 35 years, treating the non-communicable diseases at the earlier stages and so on have been discussed in the meeting. Arogya Karnataka will include all these points and the report will be ready in six months said the Minister.
Sub-committees have been formed including specialists in each committee to prepare a comprehensive report. Both Allopathy and Ayush doctors are part of the group. Final report will be submitted to Chief Minister B.S.Yediyurappa, said Dr.Sudhakar

Minister also said that a quality cell will be established in each hospital to ensure delivery of quality health care services to the patients
Other Points made by the Minister
• It was decided to request central government to provide human resource as well along with funds to establish new medical colleges and hospitals.
• There are opinions to establish Trauma centres at every 50 kms or in every districts. This will save accident victims.
• Telemedicine to protect children health , digital registration system and ambulance will also be provided in PHCs
• Accountability will ensure quality. officials will be made accountable to ensure cleanliness and proper treatment.

• Use of Information Technology to maintain data.
• Specialised staff for geriatric care.
• Utilisation of service of retired senior doctors for tele-medicine
• Increase awareness of organ donation and transplant.
• Strengthen ICU in Govt Hospitals
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence and Robotics technology
• Awareness about early diagnosis and preventive measures.
