ಮೈಸೂರು,ಜನವರಿ,28,2023(www.justkannada.in): ಈ ಸಾಲಿನ ಪದ್ಮಭೂಷಣ ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತರಾದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸಾಹಿತಿ ಎಸ್. ಎಲ್ ಭೈರಪ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಪದ್ಮಶ್ರೀ ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತರಾದ ಡಾ.ಖಾದರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಡಾ. ಸುಬ್ಬರಾಮನ್ ಅವರ ನಿವಾಸಗಳಿಗೆ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಸಿ ಎನ್ ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರು ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು.
ಮೊದಲು ಭೈರಪ್ಪನವರ ಮನೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಅವರು, ಲೇಖಕರಿಗೆ ಶಾಲು ಹಾಕಿ ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವರು,”ಭೈರಪ್ಪನವರ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಾಧನೆಯು ಅನುಪಮವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಭಾರತೀಯ ಚಿಂತನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೀಪಿಸುವಂತಿದೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪದ್ಮಭೂಷಣ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗೆ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಬಂದಿದೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಹಾಗೆಯೇ, ಸಿರಿಧಾನ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಜನಪ್ರಿಯಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಡಾ.ಖಾದರ್ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಳೆಗರಿಗಳ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಅಧ್ಯಯನಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣಕರ್ತರಾಗಿರುವ ಡಾ.ಸುಬ್ಬರಾಮನ್ ಅವರ ಸಾಧನೆ ಅನುಕರಣೀಯವಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಬಣ್ಣಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

Mysuru: Dr CN Ashwath Narayan, Minister for Higher Education and IT/BT on Saturday called on Padma awardees at their residences in the city and felicitated them.
He felicitated Dr SL Bhyrappa who has been awarded Padma Bhushan, Dr khadar and Dr S Subbraman y
wou have been conferred Padma Shri awards.
First, he met SL Bhyrappa and honoured him with a Shawl.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister said, the literary works of Sri SL Bhyrappa reflect the greatness of Indian thoughts, heritage and culture.
Later, he said that the works of Dr Khadar to bring awareness on use of millets and Dr. S subraman’s efforts towards digital study of palm-leaf manuscripts are worthy to be emulated.
