Bengaluru, September 4, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Home Minister Araga Jnanendra has appealed to increase the present maximum limit of the 94-C of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, to Rs.1,20,000.
Home Minister Araga Jnanendra has written a letter to Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, and Revenue Minister R. Ashok, demanding to increase the annual maximum eligible income limit of the beneficiaries who apply for land approval, under 94-C of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act from the present Rs.30,000 to Rs.1,20,000.
He has brought the present income limit of Rs. 1,20,000 to become BPL card beneficiaries, to the notice of the Chief Minister and the Revenue Minister.
