Bengaluru, Jan. 11, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The Hon’ble Supreme Court has expressed his dissatisfaction on the Central Government over its adamant attitude on the agriculture bills. The Supreme Court bench led by Chief Justice S.A. Bobde has said that if the government won’t hold the new agriculture policy then the SC will stay.
The government is interested to discuss only to discuss articles, whereas the farmers are demanding to withdraw the entire policy. Through reports, we have understood why the discussion attempts between the government and the farmers are failing repeatedly. Therefore, we are issuing stay orders to implement the policy till the Committee appointed by the Govt. of India arrives at a decision, said the three-member SC bench.
