ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಫೆ.೦೪, ೨೦೨೫ : ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಶೋಧನಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ೨೦೦೦ ರ ಅನ್ವಯ ನೂತನ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸರ್ಚ್‌ ಕಮಿಟಿ ರಚಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರದಿಂದ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಪ್ರೊ.ಎ.ಎಚ್.ರಾಜಾಸಾಬ್‌ ಶೋಧನಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಯುಜಿಸಿ ನಾಮಿನಿಯಾಗಿ ಹರ್ಯಾಣದ ಕುರುಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಯೂನಿವರ್ಸಿಟಿಯ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಪ್ರೊ.ಕೈಲಾಶ್‌ ಚಂದ್ರ ಶರ್ಮಾ, ರಾಜ್ಯಾಪಾಲರ ನಾಮಿನಿಯಾಗಿ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಪ್ರೊ. ಟಿ.ಆರ್.ಥಾಪಕ್‌, ಸಿಂಡಿಕೇಟ್‌ ನಾಮಿನಿಯಾಗಿ ಮೈಸೂರು ವಿವಿ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಪ್ರೊ. ವಿ.ಜಿ.ತಳವಾರ್‌ ಹಾಗೂ ಕನ್ವೀನರ್‌ ಆಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರದ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಉಪ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಜಿ.ಶಶಿಧರ ಅವರನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಶೋಧನಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿನ ಮೂವರು ಅರ್ಹರನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಫಾಬಿಟಿಕರ್‌ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ ನಂತೆ ಅವರ ಬಯೋಡೇಟಾ ಸಮೇತ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಬಳಿಕ ಇದನ್ನು ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
