ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮಾ.19, 2025 : ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್‌ ಕೊನೆ ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ʻಉದ್ಯಮ ಮಂಥನʼ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರನ್ನು ಕರೆದು, ವಿಸ್ತೃತ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಬೃಹತ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ವಿಧಾನಸೌದದ ತಮ್ಮ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ತಮ್ಮ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಜತೆ ಇಂದು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಹಂತದ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ʻಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದೇಶಗಳ ಗಣ್ಯ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರರು ಕೂಡ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ, ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ, ನೀತಿ ನಿರೂಪಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಬೇಕಾದ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇವಾ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಸರಾಗಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ತಾಣವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಸವಾಲು ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿದೆ. ಇದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದರೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬಲ ಬರಲಿದೆʼ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮುಂದಿನ 6 ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರಗಳು, ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉದ್ಯಮ ಮಂಥನದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಜತೆಗೆ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆ, ಪ್ಲಗ್‌ & ಪ್ಲೇ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲಸಗಾರರಿಗೆ ವಸತಿ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಡಾರ್ಮಿಟರಿ ಮುಂತಾದ ವಿಚಾರ ಕುರಿತು ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ:
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ/ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆಗೆ ಸಂವಹನ, ಸರಕಾರದ ನೀತಿಗಳು, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು, ಏಕಗವಾಕ್ಷಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಎರಡು ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಉನ್ನತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

He emphasised the need to shift Karnataka’s reputation beyond the services sector and position it as a leading manufacturing hub to further strengthen the state’s economy.
The strategies, plans, and initiatives for attracting investments over the next six months will be based on deliberations at ‘Udyama Manthana.’ Key topics of discussion will include land availability for industries, collaboration with private players to bolster industrial infrastructure, setting up plug-and-play facilities, and establishing industrial dormitories for workers.
Additionally, officials and staff from the Industries and Commerce Department will undergo training in communication skills, government policies, leveraging social media, and the single-window system in two phases. Instructions for the training programme have already been issued, Patil informed.
Among those present at the meeting were S. Selvakumar, Principal Secretary; Gunjan Krishna, Commissioner, Department of Industries; Aravinda Galagali, Technical Advisor to the Minister; and Ramesh, Technical Director.
